It was very clean and everybody was very nice all the staff were very accommodating.

The location. Family run and could not do enough for us. Breakfast ideal something for everyone also a lift for people with mobility problems

LOCATION was great! We went in February and it was very quiet in the hotel and surrounding area. Pompeii was not crowded between 0900 and 1030.

The hotel is at the entrance of the Pompeii ruins, so it is the perfect choice for people visiting it. The room is comfortable, beds as well. There is a small fridge in the room which is a plus. Breakfast is a small buffet in the restaurant right across from the hotel, it has both sweet and savoury options. I recommend.

The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were cozy, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing!! They were very attentive and helpful to find places to eat.

Family owned hotel with absolutely lovely staff, nonna's to chat with and the perfect location in downtown Pompei. We got the room overlooking the square, we watched the sunset and listened to locals play music on the street. The hotel was clean, quiet, cute and vintage. Very reasonable accommodations for the price and I would definitely stay there again. The room was spacious, the bathroom was small but no complaints.

Hotel Palma is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Pompeii ruins and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, making for a great start to the day. The rooms are nice, although a bit old, which is expected given the building’s historic nature, but they are more than adequate for a short stay. The standout feature of this hotel is the amazing staff, who are extremely helpful with anything you need. Parking was also easy, thanks to the staff's assistance in finding a spot right next to the entrance. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its excellent location, good amenities, and outstanding service.

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the train and a 12 minute walk to the entrance of the ruins. The breakfast buffet was in a beautiful room on the lower level, with everything you could ask for. There was a small shared patio on the upper floor, perfect for relaxing after hours of walking in the ruins. The location, on a side street was great, it was quiet and little smell of car exhaust. We got to the ruin when it first opened in the morning, so it was not crowded. The second day we took bus 808 to the stop at almost the top of the volcano, and walked along the top. We brought a picnic lunch there and enjoyed the view. The hotel had a small book exchange,

Not much, dated old furniture and uncomfortable pillows and mattress.

They waited for us,even though we were 1 hour late.Room was clean,shower slightly small for a bigger person.Extremly friendly,excellent breakfast.

Excellent location across the street from Pompeii archeological site. Newly renovated rooms were well maintained. Parking available. Great stay for our family

really helpful staffs (one name Ciro another I didn't ask) always be there for help try to give maximum information about Pompei simple but really worthy breakfast walking distance to the ruins And a private parking (need to be high level for parking)

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Location was perfect for us. We were able to take a short walk to enter the Pompeii ruins. It was a short trip to downtown and short walk to a local restaurant.

The location was great, plenty of parking, great breakfast, the desk person was very nice and extra helpful. We couldn’t find food and he was nice enough to bring us a kettle for tea!! Amazing stay!!
