An exceptional, or should I say world class experience at this amazing hotel. Complements to Anita and Natalie along with the staff who were extraordinary in making us feel at home in a rather busy environment as we arrived. Nothing was too difficult for these lovely hosts, and the hotel truly was one of kind.
