The location was perfect near the shopping area.

Super efficient staff, relaxing hotel environment, exceptional room amenities and fit out. I wanted to watch the DOTA 2 TI, took 3, maybe 3.5 seconds to connect to the wifi and stream the game. Whoever is managing their IT put some thought into user friendliness.

Location was excellent. Easily walkable to all the major areas of Fukuoka. The loft was large and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our family of 5 was comfortable and everyone had their own beds!

Close to the underground shopping centers and railway stations. Very convenient.

Great Hotel Location. Its right at the center of the city where everything that youd need is walkable, station, food, bars, attdactions etc. But still quite a quiet area. Rooms are clean and tidy. They have an automated check in and check out system which made it very smooth.

Very close to Tenjin shopping location. The staffs are very friendly. The convenience store is at the ground floor. The room is ok not too small.

Convenient and easy access to train and subway stations. Breakfast was great, room was clean and tidy but a bit small in size. Staffs were helpful, polite and efficient.

The room was immaculate. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurant options around along with things to do with the kids. Customer service was outstanding, and the view from our room was beautiful! We are looking forward to coming back to try the restaurants at the top.

By the road but it was hard to locate got lost and ended going to zonk hakata first Google said permanently closed
