Good location and helpful staffs

We loved the calming and refined feel of the hotel. The rooms were also big enough for two people which included two big beds, a small sala, and separare toilet, shower, and sink. Will book this hotel again in the future.

The location was really great! Easy to access the subway and near a lot of stores and restaurants. There was also a festival happening on the street in front of the hotel, so it was an added bonus. The staff was also really helpful and many people were able to help me in English as well.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness and the modern room design

We loved the location as it was quieter, yet had many restaurants nearby. It was very easy to navigate the area. Loved the breakfast with its focus on showcasing local seafood too.

Location is a big win, very convenient to travel and shopping at Donki or convenience store. Breakfast was magnificent!

Everything was thoughtfully laid out and staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Love the cosy room and space. Suitable for families. Daily refills of water, towel change and garbage being cleared.

Great location, super close to the subway station. Also within walking distance to Tenjin and Hakata Station. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I actually accidentally booked a smoking room but didn't realize until a few days in because the room was very clean! There was no smell of cigarettes at all.

the room was as advertised, nice and clean, fast and free wifi, and is located near plenty of restaurants. checking in was straight forward usking the kiosk and check out was even easier. i'm becoming more of a relaxed traveler waking up later instead of going out 7am and getting as much in as i can so when i left for the day and passed by any staff, they were polite and greeted me. this is something you dont really find anywhere other than japan.

The receiptionist was a lovely girl. She recommended the Motsunabe which was very delicious. The hotel is near subway station (200m I think) and was close to Ichiran Original store and the river and the Naka food stall street.

We enjoyed the onsen. There was an outdoor garden and a bar on the same floor and we could take our drink back to our room which had a fabulous large picture window. Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly and attentive staff.

Clean and modern apartment in a quiet and well located neighborhood

It is very near the subway, Gion station and Hakata station and nanakuma line. MaxValue store, Canal City, Family Mart, and 711 are also very near (we just walked the entire time because the weather is cold) We loved Umauma food was really great and is just a few steps from hotel. Complete amenities!! Very clean.
