Super efficient staff, relaxing hotel environment, exceptional room amenities and fit out. I wanted to watch the DOTA 2 TI, took 3, maybe 3.5 seconds to connect to the wifi and stream the game. Whoever is managing their IT put some thought into user friendliness.

Everything was great in this hotel there was a family mart next to the hotel it was good my favorite part of this hotel was the location it was close to many shopping malls and the subway which made it easier to get around. Over this hotel is great I would love to stay here again. I also loved the bath tub they even have umbrellas we can borrow on a rainy day and it is free. I have to give this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is nothing to not love about this property. The staff or so friendly, they provide a family feel and are so welcoming. One of the site employees named Nanaka was truly a kind and warm person. She put a smile on our face many times during our 5 day stay.

Location was perfect. Easy access to solaria plaza, Mina tenjin. Airport to the hotel via subway was a breeze.

Clean and comfortable, perfect location

The room was immaculate. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurant options around along with things to do with the kids. Customer service was outstanding, and the view from our room was beautiful! We are looking forward to coming back to try the restaurants at the top.

Our family of three stayed here and found the bed spacious enough and the room very comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and check-out was even easier at ground floor, entrance with a tablet. Everything in the hotel felt new and clean, and the location was great — close to tourist attractions and within walking distance to Tenjin and Daimyo, even with a young child. The water bottles and the bathroom amenities were fully provided. The hotel didn’t have many facility amenities like a fitness center or front desk — but that was totally fine. Although it’s slightly outside the busy Tenjin area, the neighborhood was quiet, which made our stay even better and felt local vibe as well.

Location was super central and close to all transportation systems. Hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which kept me warm (temperature wise! I went in the winter) and safe during my stay. The front agents were prompt and responsive from the moment of booking and were accommodating throughout my stay. I was able to check my luggage at the front desk before & after checking in & out!
