I loved this hotel because requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently, and the cleanliness was exceptional.

Location - near JB (15min), Sunway Big Box (15min) Facilities - free parking within premise Pool - Suitable for all ages

The room facing the 2 little lakes was great. The view at night to the city lights was also fantastic.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. location is good.

Very spacious, clean room. Pool was amazing. 711 and small grocery on ground level. Everything was perfect and well priced. Great view of Legoland

Thank you for warm welcome. My kids really love the room and very clean. The room a bit late to be ready but seeing my kids are happy with the room, it didnt brother me later. The manager at the restaurant is really welcoming, he greet me everytime even at the lobby.

The staffs are friendly. I request something by mail and they replied politely. The room is small but comfortable and clean. Toilet is clean as well. The size of room is small but the price is cheap.

Very appreciative of staff quick response to queries, including also request for earlier check-in (2hr before scheduled). Excellent view of cityscape (from 28th f). Within walking distance to Aeon mall, and proximity to high-end bakery, shops and eateries. The kitchen has all one needs such as fridge, cooking stove, microwave, plates, bowls, glasses, knife and utensils. Washing machine is also a great plus. Others: Aircons and water heater work well

Early check in was a bonus. Staff was very helpful and response was quick. There were no problems with the check in process. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. My second stay with the Luxe Team and my family feels very comfortable at this place. We will avoid the other unfamiliar landlords in the future. DO NOT BOOK WITH COZY #1 Aeon !!!!!!!

Clerk started off with not being able to find my booking. I brought a child, 3 person stated in booking. An extra towel is chargeable. Breakfast for 3rd person also chargeable, not to mention breakfast quality is pretty bad. Soap in dispenser has already run out. Stains on bedsheet. Refuse along corridor has not been cleared for days.
