We had a beautiful garden&lake view. The location is good and close to shopping center. The staff are all very friendly. I had a meeting in the early morning and asked one of staff members for some water. He was very kind to fill my water bottle.

Clean, new, nice staff, and very nice room

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at Copthorne, it was our last few days in New Zealand. The staff made us feel welcome and arranged an extra day of stay without any hassle. A bit shoutout to the front office team for being professional, friendly and hospitable.

Excellent location in the heart of Newmarket. Very handy to local restaurants and the train station to downtown Auckland.

Extremely spacious and very clean. So convenient for climbing Mount Eden and great to have parking.

The hotel allowed us to check in at 11am, 3 hrs early. They were kind enough to waive the early check in fee. Our suite was clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make sandwiches and a light breakfast. Loved the location! It’s a quick walk to the Northern Explorer Train Station and Parnell Road where you will find lots of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. The staff were very accommodation, courteous, friendly.

Quick walk down Queen St to get to Harbour. Staff were amazing!

Liked how the setting of a Train station stepping back in time or into the Harry Potter world. Staff was awesome thank you so much

Beautiful and clean room, good location! Near the theatre we went to watch a show in.

All the facilities - microwave, laundry (ESPECIALLY), the tub in the bathroom, the hot magnesium tub outside, the ability to have a massage in your room, the absolute quiet (except when the kids were playing in the park)
