the rooms are spacious, we hardly had time to enjoy all the amenities provided. The bed, shower, and the suite.

Great location, spacious rooms and very well-arranged. The staff provided take away breakfast and coffee as our flight was very early, which was a very nice touch. We'd definitely stay again.

Joshi with Guest Services check-in really made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. He was accommodating and informative as we arrived hours before our check-in time. He was very patient and went above and beyond in customer service. Although we were exhausted from lengthy travels, he helped make the time go by quickly. Fitness center, pool, sauna, hotel dining and location were all a plus as well.

The Park Hyatt was phenomenal. From booking, through to check-in and during the stay the staff were exceptional. We were offered an upgrade and a gorgeous week cake on arrival. The room was stunning and the bathroom etc. were too. Loved it.

The hotel is very new and well maintained. The room is very comfortable. It is very clean and has no shortcomings.

It is a very old pub, so the rooms are small but full of character. The beds were quite comfortable. Downstairs was the old pub with its own beer brewed on the premises. A fantastic little stay for those into this sort of thing.

We absolutely love the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour! The location is excellent, staff are extremely friendly & helpful and the rooms are luxurious. It has everything we need for a relaxing weekend away.

I love the 2 bedrooms apartment. It is very spacious and love the kitchen, laundry machine. Location is super good at the centre of the shopping area. Lots of shops and food around. The gym is nice and enough.

For a Ramada brand hotel, this was exceptional. While not a frilly place, our room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a spacious bathroom. There was a little kitchen space in the entry with appliances, and there was a washer and dryer, which we used for one load of laundry. They happily stored bags for a couple of hours. And, unexpectedly, this Ramada is right across the street from the Hertz/Thrifty rental car office!
