very good breakfast - many choices, tasty

Nice hotel, the room is not big but has everything necessary. The beds are comfy, and there were nice welcome extras like a bottle of water and some tea. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. It was very kind to let us check-in earlier. Also, luggage storage is available, which was also very convenient, since our flight was late in the afternoon. The location is perfect, walking distance from the main train station and city sights.

The rooms were so spacious, clean and well laid out. The staff we friendly and helpful.

Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train. The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.

Cozy and warm place to stay in the centre of the town

The location is very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, with everything you might want to eat.

Great location. The staff were very professional. The breakfast catered to diverse tastes. The room was extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout our stay, from the kind personal note in the room, to the fresh pastry awaiting us...can't say enough positive things about our stay. We will unconditionally return to this hotel on our next stay in Krakow.

The breakfast was very tasteful, fresh, and plentiful. The location was perfect - in the heart of the city with all the main attractions close by. The hotel was magnificent and very clean. The personnel was always very helpful and kind.

We liked the general aestethic of the hotel. Its clean, pretty and brings you closer to a home than a minimalist hotel. Right off the bat, Justyna from the reception started us off with a smooth check in process and a warm welcome (she is great). We arrived in the room, it was clean, included waters - and generally is in a perfect place in Krakow. The value of this hotel exceeds beyond all expectations for price. The location is unbeatable, so close to the historical main square. Very comfortable hotel with great facilities. Very tastefully equipped rooms. Nothing not to like.

The room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was HUGE. I liked that there was a water machine outside on the foyer so i could just walk out and grab a jug of cold water in this heat. The room didn’t had air conditioner but it was suprisingly at a comfortable temperature. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Some people in the reviews have such expectations its crazy. The buffet had warm food, multiple types of cheese, ham, spreads, breads, buns, cerial, the salad bar was INSANELY GOOD. The egg salad and the cottage cheese with vegetables were TOP!! Im gonna dream about them hahaha. Also had smoothies and juice, amazing sweet baked goods, fruits, joghurt. The coffee was also nice. Everybody were kind, respectful, smiling and helpful which made my stay the best in Krakow, already recommended it to friends. :) The old town and the shopping center in 10-15 minutes walk, the area was safe, clean. I travelled solo, im usually quite anxious but i never felt afraid during my stay. The lounge area was also comfortable with sofas!
