Excellent new hotel that just has everything you need/want. Free spa area to do hot and cold plunge/sauna and massage for extra charge. It’s just a well thought out design overall. Highly recommend it. And only one weird interaction with staff, but overall staff were 5star.

Love the fact that this hotel has a bridge that connects to Ala Moana mall which I only found out on my last day in Hawaii. The restrooms are clean! The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. Love that the fact they have Starbucks on the first floor and a convenient store right next door. The side rooftop has a gorgeous view during sunset. My favorite part about this hotel has to be hotel gym and hotel gyms are not my favorite but this one has the necessities. Everything surrounding Ala Moana is within walking distance. All you need is Ala Moana mall, Don Quixote, and the beach.

We felt warmly welcomed at check-in, with excellent service right from the start. The waterfront views from our room were stunning — we could see surfers riding waves and boats gliding across the sea just yards away. The hotel also has great shops inside, making it convenient and enjoyable to explore.

Located close to Waikīkī beach and Foodland, Macy's at walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay here — especially after a tent with no hot water and a noisy window A/C at the previous places 😅 The room was recently renovated, super spacious, and felt like a full apartment. As soon as we walked in, we saw a full American-style kitchen with three stovetops, an oven, a fridge, dishes — everything! There was a cozy living room, a separate bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a desk, a huge walk-in closet, and a clean bathroom with a tub. It honestly felt like a place we could live in for a month. The front desk also provided a super detailed restaurant guide — with opening hours, types of cuisine, and even a local map! Since it was our last night in Hawaii, we went downstairs to 7-11, picked up some food, warmed it in the microwave, plated it nicely, and had a perfect dinner at the dining table in the living room. We even relaxed in the heated spa by the pool afterward. It truly felt like the perfect ending to our Hawaii trip — we loved it!

Excellent high speed Internet; my wife had to teach a university graduate seminar by Zoom and the Internet as fast and robust. Service in the grille--excellent. Bellmen. Very, very prompt!

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to a member of staff, Marla, that we briefly interacted with after we had checked out. Whilst waiting for our airport transfer to pick us up from the hotel later in the afternoon, my partner & I took a short walk to Island Country Markets to get something to eat. On the way back my partner was struggling dealing with the heat that day. We were trying to cool down at the seating area behind reception, at the bottom of the elevators, when Marla approached us to make sure we were okay. To help my partner cool down, Marla opened up a meeting room next to us, advised us the room wasn't going to be used for the rest of the afternoon, and to take as long as we needed. Thank you Marla for checking on us, and for going out of your way to help.

The staff was super, especially Gina who was extremely nice to us!
