Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.

Very good location and new. It’s in the center of the Old Quarter, it’s near restaurants, spa, coffee, merchandise and souvenir shops, tourist attractions such as the Local market, the trail street, and many more. Hotel manager especially My Bui and Linh were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, provided with ample toiletries with complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee. Will stay here again in Hanoi.

The hotel is located in a busy area, everything is easily accessible. We stayed here 2 times during our Vietnamese trip. The rooms were comfy and clean. The breakfast was really good, even as a vegan I found things to eat. The staff was super nice, everyone we met was really kind and friendly.

A wonderful short stay in a great location for exploring Hanoi. A newly renovated hotel with beautiful bedrooms. More renovations needed to finish, but we were very happy with our room. Thank you to the lovely staff who looked after us exceptionally well.

Our stay at Zody House was arguably one of the best elements of our time in Hanoi, with a quiet and comfortable place to stay and plenty of room to stretch out, cook, and make a home base for exploration of the city later. Binh was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we understood what was accessible and good in the city with recommendations for transport and local groceries.
