Someone else was acting as this hotel , and were scammed ,it was 2 am and they charged us double

Everything. One of the best hotels we’ve been to during our travels. Decor, staff, breakfast, rooftop pool, all perfect. A tranquil place to chill after the madness of old quarter etc. Would definitely go again a highly recommended!!

Great hotel for value. Excelent location in the city, every major attraction is reachable within 5 minute ride with a scooter. Some great restaurants and nice places nearby. The hotel itself has everything you need. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is super friendly and helpful with everything. Had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. What impressed me the most was the staff,they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They even recommended some great local food and kindly helped me buy some local specialties. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything! The staff and property are amazingly good, delivering more than I expected on flexibility. Perfect for a short stay in the center of Hanoi. I thought it was more business-focused, but it turned out my nephew and I also had a great time. Definitely coming back when I'm around.

Clean hotel and friendly helpful staff

Newer hotel just out of old town, in a quieter street. Great price range. Really comfortable and really friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast spread. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and visited the Sky Lotte Tower which was close by. Also could walk to the war museum 10mins away.

Clean and nice. Friendly and helpful service from all staff. Available 24/7. Massage chair is an additional plus.

Nothing. I thought it was a scam

The property is amazing. However, there still some construction going on. Not a big deal.

We had a really bad Airbnb experience so we wanted to find something with great reviews, that the cleanliness level was good with great staff and Five Star West Lake didn't disappoint. We have rented a motorbike so our transportation was easy and we were independent. Very tasty breakfast too, based on a bento box kind of concept. Be aware that the bed mattress is super hard (we loved it).
