Friendly staff that went above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. Great vibes all around. Great selection of food during breakfast. Even provided us breakfast box when we had to check out early.

It’s my second time staying here, because I love the location of the place, the breakfast and how quiet the rooms are at night. The reception staff is also lovely - Special thanks to the girl who made the effort to speak to us in Spanish so my mom could understand (sorry I don’t remember your name!). Will definitely be recommending this place and staying again in my next trip to Hanoi.

Close to center, easy to reach the Hoan Kiem lake, and many attractive locations. Room small but clean, receptionist is very nice.

Hoan Kiem Lake and Puppet show theater just behind this hotel. Breakfast is good and lots of varieties. There are about 10 types of fruits.

Good location friendly staff and good breakfast. I checked out early morning but staff arranged transportation and helped us to load the luggages to the car. They were very reliable. View from the room wasn’t good but very quiet and we could sleep well.

The room decor and facilities are very nice with a view over the lake. The bathroom and water pressure was also extremely good. The service was excellent and the employees were very friendly. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast by 10 minutes my only night but it looked good. The location is the best in Hanoi! in the heart of the old town and close to everything. On a busy street but my room wasn't loud at night at all. Really a great value, and cheap for the airport car service also.

Location in the middle of the old town and close to the lake and markets was perfect. Room was big (booked the family room). Breakfast was very decent, with most food made to order by the cook (omelettes, fries, Pho, french toast, etc.) Staff was amazing! They arranged a driver for us to visit Ninh Binh and worked on the itinerary for the day. Took care of laundry and booked us a massage appointment. They can also help booking many other things for you (just need to ask). Overall, a great experience.
