I stayed here for a few days in Hanoi and had such an amazing experience. First the hotel was located centrally in Old Quarter and accessible to most tourist spots by foot. Around it are amazing places for dinning, shops, spas and everything you need. The room I got is quite big compared to others of the same price range and has an amazing view of the cathedral. Spotless rooms and no issues with the facilities (wifi, bathroom, cleaning, etc) But what stood out for me is my experience with the staff specially Ms Lee and Team Phuong Linh Silas. They were there for me througout the trip giving me recommendations on where to eat, helping me with bookings for tours, train rides and even taking me to the best spa treatment I got in Hanoi. They always greet you with a smile in the morning and everytime you get back from a tour. Its like getting back to you own home. One thing I also need to mention is the honesty! When I left and transferred to a different place, I forgot a huge amount of cash in the room. As soon as they discovered it, i got a call and my money was secured and was returned to me immediately. Kudos to Ms Lee and your team. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

WONDERFUL STAY ! Nice hotel in a good location.. The facilities were great and the location in the centre of Old Quarter. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel to stay in the heart of Hanoi. Room is like 5 stars hotel for 3 stars price, unbeatable service for unbeatable price. Splendid Hotel will go the extra mile to accomodate and please you. I'm delighted of my stay, highly recommended. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ding who have been nothing less than perfect to us. As a couple in our early 60's we were happy with an amazing experience on the Ha Giang loop. Our round trip transportation from Hanoi and through Ha Giang to Sapa and Fanxipan was amazing in part because of Ding support. Ding also arrange Our trip to Ninh Binh ( his hometown ) was great, beautiful sights and fun activities. We loved the cycling especially. Overall, I enjoyed stay at the Splendid Hotel. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel to stay in the heart of Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Star Suite Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with tours, transportation, and local recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and personal care from the team, which made us feel very welcome during our stay. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and good value in Hanoi.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Booked us an airport taxi for the price of grab, then called them to come earlier as we were ready. Clean, bright room. Elevator so you don't have to use he stairs! Also a better size than most in SE Asia. Good AC. Fantastic location, next to loads of cafes, restaurants etc. definitely the best location and hotel we stayed in hanoi on a budget. Absolutely would book again and recommend to anyone with a few nights in Hanoi. You can't get to the hotel front by car, not a long walk at all but might impact less able bodied. They did kindly help with our bags when we left for the airport and I have no doubt they would help on arrival if asked if this would be a problem for you.

I had a a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Hanoi. The location is excellent, close to all major tourist spots, which made exploring the city very convenient. the room and hotel overall were comfortable and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. One standout was the service. Ms Nga at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly; she made sure I had everything I needed and truly went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I genuinely appreciate her kindness and dedication. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Hanoi!
