Worth every penny. The lake view room is exactly across the lake. Bathroom is remodeled recently. With the price point, there’s absolutely no complain

Our room was very spacious. Good value for money indeed. And the location of the hotel was very ideal as well, right at the heart of Sapa with nearby shops and cafes. 👍 Our host was also very helpful as well, she booked us sleeping bus tickets back to Hanoi and organized to have us picked by a van at the hotel. It made traveling hassle-free for us.

Perfect location. Very helpfull and kind staff. They help to buy Fansipan's ticket. And provide me a room to take a prayer while we"re waiting our bus to Hanoi. Will stay here id visit Sapa again.👍👍

The Hotel is just 120 meters from the Sapa Square or the city centre. Surrounded by restaurants and food stalls. Seated next to Fansipan Cable Car Station. Staff were so kind, polite and proactive, led by Ms Lana. They were so friendly. Room was huge and clean. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Sapa. And definitely I will come back again whenever I am in Sapa.

Clean, friendly owners, and nice amenities - the hot water is amazing. A good location with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby.

Staff was very friendly as well as the lobby dogs 😊 They also do unexpected room cleaning which made our room tidy!

I like everything. It is clean, comfortable and staffs are very friendly and helpful especially a guy called THOMAS THUC (FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR). He is always asking if we need help or something. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks and best regards

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty early in the morning and they offered us early check-in free of charge. She sent me with all information about activities and foods to try in Sapa. The place is right in the center of Sapa, easy to walk everywhere. They have a little shop on the 1st floor that sell many souvenirs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Well we take the mountain view room, and it was a breathtaking one🥰 all I can say is that It was perfect! the property is near to everything your basic needs, and to their tourist destination.

Its very near to the sapa station, near convenient store, food places, they have restorant at the first floor and you should try the pizza beside the hotel.

Super friendly host family and very accommodating. Stored my luggage for following day.
