I had a really lovely stay here! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. I was lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub and a balcony overlooking a stunning view — such a relaxing experience. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for comfort and a peaceful stay near West Lake!

For the price, it’s unbeatable. We couldn’t stand the noise of the old quarter so this was a perfect and quiet location for us, just a 10 min scoot away from central. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was simple but over all, everything was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

This hotel is excellent, it is not as far away as it seems, and is actually quite close to some Western areas of Hanoi. The staff were great.

The apartments are really nice and modern, the staff are very helpful and supportive, especially Ms.Juleen, and Mr. Kevin! And they both spoke English very well! I was visiting friends who were a one minutes walk, so it was super convenient for me.

Location,location. Great place to stay if you want a quiet environment. Room is spacious and clean. Bed’s comfortable considering you’re in Vietnam. Staffs are helpful. Communication is not problem. Will be back .

Really enjoyed the modern duplex design and stunning panorama view of the river. The apartment was clean, new, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and quick to assist.

The location was a little bit far from the most visited places so it costed more travel expense but when it comes to the place, it really is an amazing place to stay at. Very clean and peaceful I'd say.

Good spacious, well made rooms... Clean and comfortable. The locality is really good. Everything is available within walking distance... password operated elevator. Host Ms. Alice also deserves a mention... She made our stay and check-in quick and easy.. she helped us with early check-in also.
