We spent four nights here over Christmas, as a family that travels a lot, this was a stay that really stood out. The staff went the extra mile and the attention to detail was unparalleled. From a little robe and slippers for our daughter. Milk and cookies every evening. One detail that I’ve never had before, was our charing cables next to the bed were neatly tied every night. The staff were all tremendous, if there was an option for a 6th star ⭐️ that would’ve been well deserved.

Super comfortable bed!!! Very enough of kitchenware. Jet bath with TV!!! good coffees. And all fancy decoration :)

Location, cleanliness, size of the rooms.

A beautiful, bright, modern and spacious apartment with every comfort. Other pluses: the kitchen is fully equiped, it has a washer/drier and parking space. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom is also modern and spacious. It is located in a quiet area, close to the botanical garden, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Highly Recommended

Great Location, room was nice and cold. (I like that) clean, comfy bed. Staff were great. Kettle heated up very quickly. We got a room with a beautiful view of Edinburgh. No complaints! Thank you!

Beautifully decorated. Most comfortable bed we have had in Europe and we do a lot of traveling! Friendly host. Great dinner next door with a drink on the house!

Location, big rooms, nice toilet, nice living room and kitchen. Bus / tram stop to the old town is a short distance away. Dropped my wallet on the way out of the building and in less than an hour i got an email that 1 of their staff found the wallet. I got my wallet with all the money and credit cards intact !

The building itself is beautiful and well kept. You have a very welcoming feeling as you enter. It's gorgeous on the inside and Craig was an absolute delight. He was very accommodating and helpful with travel tips. The room itself was beautiful. Each room has it's own private bathroom and shower. Everything was impeccably clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We would have loved to stay there longer, so we're sure we'll be back. We highly recommend this place!

The place looked great overall and was well decorated. We also liked the room a lot. The beds were super comfortable and everything that we needed was there.

Lovely discreet welcome from Olga and James- beautifully presented continental breakfast in a gorgeous dining area. Nothing too much trouble - amble parking in the quiet residential district of Bruntsfield. We went to the neighbourhood Italian Tempo Perso for a lovely meal. I walked in to Edinburgh in 25- 30 minutes through parks and commons - although there is s very good bus service too- tap and go! I ran at Holyrood parkrun on the Saturday 5k of fabulous views. Go Georgian House!
