I booked the hotel at last minute for a night of stay. The host phoned me warning that the reception would close at 10:00 pm but he waited for us anyway, that was really a nice thing. He is a really nice person and the hotel is super cute, very well decorated and gives a cozy atmosphere where to stay, even if for only one night. The parking in front of the hotel is huge, busy but you will always find a spot where to park, and finding it was very easy. It's next to the river so you can even walk to the river and enjoy the nice view.

We got upgraded to another room thanks to booking that had a balcony and veranda. Absolutely gorgeous room and so so so comfortable We loved staying out on the balcony and drink wine

The apartment is in the center of Arles, close to all the beautiful monuments. It was very clean, with the perfect size and equipped with everything. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook at home. The bedroom had plenty of space in the closet for all our luggage.

Everything. The apartment was stunning, very well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated. The rooftop outside area was great. Bed was comfortable with lovely linen. Shower and towels excellent. View from apartment of the street below was great as was the view of the rooftops from the outside area. Location of the apartment was excellent within walking distance to all sights. Thank you.

Very cute and well appointed apartment in an excellent location. We had a lot of rain while we were there so it was nice to have places to dry our clothes and do indoor activities like play cards. We were hoping to attend the Fete des Gardians (celebration of Camargue people) but it was rescheduled because of the weather. We made dinner twice and have everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable (a queen and two twins). Great location. Some street noise started early in the morning but not a big deal.

I loved everything about this apartment! It was stylishly decorated and had very nice touches. The kitchen was very well organized and well stocked. I could easily live here very comfortably and did not want to leave. Delphine was very kind and responsive.

Excellent location. Very clean and bright rooms with large windows with shutters if needed to block out the light. Excellent location. Close to shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to Carrefour, close to buses and Saturday markets. Nice sitting area, with TV and kitchen had all the supplies needed. Washing machine was helpful. Separate toilet room from shower was good with multiple people. There is an excellent dim sum restaurant down stairs which may create a little noise for some people, however they close around 10:30 and we did not notice any noise from the street or local restaurants when it was time for bed. Mattress quality firm and slept very well. Note that the airconditioning works very well and keeps the apartment cool and lovely, however the bedroom doors need to be kept open in order for the air con to flow into them. Pierre was very responsive and provided us with a fan immediately when asked.
