Friendly hotel. Clean and refurbished very recently. Informal atmosphere. Quiet area but handy for Lytham, Blackpool etc. Lots of computer/phone and appliance charging points. Well cleaned and serviced daily. Shower over bath constant. Temperature.

Very comfortable, spacious accomodation, in an ideal location for the town centre, with easy off-road parking. The host was very friendly & helpful & was there to check us in.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and in a fabulous location with many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Very quiet for being in such a central location.

Lovely bright open space in the living room/ kitchen area. I enjoyed the little details in the design of this place. It's also great that there are no stairs, as we were a family travelling with a little child and a lot of luggage. Great shower! By far the best feature was the location. If you are not familiar with Lytham it has a lovely downtown area with shops, cafes and restaurants which is all outside the door. But also driving distance of lots of activities in the area. Lytham and St Annes have a lot to do Comfortable beds with great linens and very soft towels.

What a lovely apartment,location, facilities. Comfy bed. Welcome treats. Parking around the back. Apartment had everything. Wish we stayed longer. Highly recommend
