Clean, good size, two bathrooms. Great views. Hot tub always hot and a good size for a family. Good location for various places in the area, and not far from St Andrews and Dundee.

Very varied, plentiful breakfast, charming, stylish dining room and tableware. It was great that we could choose from several dishes, so there was no waste. The area is magical! It is a historic village with a medieval atmosphere, but fortunately the accommodation is in an easily accessible location, even with a rented car.

The location was lovely. The sea views were wonderful and lots of nice walks to do nearby. The people there are really friendly and we saw plenty of seals sunning themselves on the rocks.

Close to train station. We ventured to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Perth

Property was lovely. Reminded me of a little dollhouse train station was very close to hop on a train and heading to Edinburgh.

The house was beautifully clean, well looked after and had everything we needed for a family of 7 adults. There was plenty of room for us all, the bedrooms are large and bright, the bathrooms are nice and clean and the kitchen and lounge is a really nice space to get together in. One of our party does struggle with walking but once up the first set of stairs everything they needed was on that floor. It is in a great location for travelling around - about 20 mins to St Andrews & 50 mins on the train to Edinburgh. Train station was just a short walk away, plenty of shops, supermarket and some lovely places to eat and bars all close by. We had an excellent stay and would definitely rebook.

Our family of 5 had to find an alternative accommodation at 9:30 pm on a weekend and desperately booked Ingrid's place. Within 2 minutes of booking, she was on the phone with me, kindly providing check-in instructions. Despite the extremely last-minute nature of our booking, the apartment was in immaculate condition, ready for our arrival. The place is a secure, beautifully-decorated 4-story unit, with 3 very roomy bedrooms and a very large bathroom. Free parking was a huge plus, too! The beds and pillows rank among the best we've ever encountered -- rental, hotel, or otherwise! Ingrid went out of her way to check on our family and even had the cleaner drop off fresh milk and breakfast goodies the morning after our late arrival. What started as a panicked game-time decision ended up being the highlight of our time in Scotland. We'd love to stay again someday!

I absolutely loved the beautiful views from the cottage. A bit of coastal views with amazing sun rises and sets. The cottage felt like home away from home! I already look forward to my next trip out to Scotland just so I can stay on this beautiful farm again. There was plenty of wildlife to see, pheasants and hares. The highland coos were so beautiful, the peacock as well! The cottage was healing and calming in all the ways I needed. The owners made coming out here a breeze and had everything ready! Was super clean! They did a mid stay clean and refreshment on the cottage, doing a great job!

The host was wonderful, truly wonderful. We weren't able to take our own slippers so the host provided ones to us free of charge, which were really lovely too. We also had complimentary bakes from them even though it wasn't needed. Throughout the whole stay the lady was just really wonderful, we would definitely visit. The scenery was just great, the location is perfect !
