Everything just worked well, plenty of everything required for a great stay.

From the moment we drove upto the property we knew it would be something special to opening the front door we all said WOW. . The property was set on 2 levels with the kitchen downstairs and then up the stairs along the landing to the bedrooms, bathroom and snug that was so cosy. The extras of toiletries was great. The milk was a bonus in the fridge and the unexpected extras were a lovely touch. Ruth and Ian were great hosts and the property was exceptional. I loved the owl at night and pheasants in the morning. The squirrel also sat outside the window looking in. What lovely grounds to walk our 2 dogs around. I can imagine in the Spring/ Summer when the grounds wake up would be a lovely time to visit too. Snow drops were coming through already. This is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. We will hopefully visit again.

It's a very charming place

The bed was very cozy, the shower pressure and temperature was amazing. The log fire made it for us as was great to enjoy on a cold wet evening.

We liked everything about the property. The setting is amazing!! It was comfortable and warm and Anna left us homemade jam and breakfast ingredients were amazing. We will 100% be back.

Everything it was in the most beautiful setting in the countryside so quiet just beautiful, bed was super comfy the whole place was spotlessly clean and we had a plentiful supply of coffee etc..

The milk barn was very nice and the garden was beautiful, views were beautiful rolling hills pastures. The kitchen was large as were the bedrooms and bathroom and well equipped. There’s a large patio partly covered.
