This place was absolutely incredible! It was the best one- or two-night stay we’ve ever had. It’s just a short walk from town, and it has this tiny, private garden, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting area. Everything is so stylish and modern. Wish we had stayed longer.

Location is fantastic, near all the attractions around with approximately a 15mins or less drive. Well taken care of by the reception. Clean and tidy room, with everything we need available. I would highly recommend this and will stay here again if I am around the area.

Incredible two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation, absolutely beautiful, well appointed, cozy in the winter and we took the short cut to the restaurants, shopping and bars via the secure back entry. So close to the beachfront where we walked every morning. We loved Eucalypt and will definitely be coming back.

We loved so many things about our stay at Royal-Tee Retreat. Firstly, the convenient location to the centre of Dunsborough and local wineries and breweries. The property was easy to find and check in was simple. The house was immaculate and fit our family of 6 adults, and 2 children comfortably. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and the ambience of the property encouraged a relaxing stay. We especially liked the bikes and scooters for use in the garage. Having 2 televisions was also handy with such a big group. Thank you, Lara, we loved and valued our stay!

The property is in very good condition. It is located in a very quiet area. It takes a short ride to reach local places of interest like the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse or Ngilgi Cave. The owners are very friendly. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed.

A note , first, is that we did not encounter any staff. The key was waiting for us and the house organized for our stay. We liked it very much and it fit all our needs. The price was high , though , and unless one is with a relatively large family ( including children ) it ends up VERY expensive. We booked it simply because any alternative would have taken us away from where we were and would have cost us in time,
