AustraliaThis newly renovated hotel is a gem - primarily because the staff are first class! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist. We had a minor issue with our fridge, and the staff went above and beyond, offering us an upgrade and bending over backwards to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was first-rate. Loved the onesie and slippers in the room, and the 9th-floor suite was stunning. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back!

All staff were terrific, friendly and helpful with maps and information.Special shout out to Yuka in the restaurant.The room was spacious and we liked the view out over the park. The bed was fabulous and so comfortable.
Loved having the free bus stop outside the hotel. Great location close to downtown Perth and quay area plus bus station and train connections.

Great place to stay, home away from home. Breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect if you want to eat out, get into the city or go to any of the cultural activities on offer. Found the room to be quiet so I do not hear any road or street noise.

This property was clean and comfortable! That is just the beginning. Good value for money. Excellent location. Walking distance to Margret River town. It was spacious with all the facility that we need and more! The bonus was wifi and netflix for being stuck at home when it is raining! Great place to stay and will definitely come back!

Set in a gorgeous location. Cabins are very cosy & dog friendly. Owners are amazing such good service & friendly. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it that much. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful setting, gorgeous gardens, resort feel, superb pool. Very helpful staff…asked for a non slip bath mat and had two delivered within minutes. Perfect location. Everything was carefully taken care of, good attention to detail. Couldn’t find fault. Definitely best place to stay in Kununurra. Not cheap but worth it for such great accommodation.

The location was great. Only a short drive to the Margaret River town centre, but far away enough that it was quiet and secluded. Cottages were well spaced out and felt very private. Amazing views of the garden and surrounding bushland. We stayed in one of the studio cottages and it was perfect for a couple. Plenty of space, comfortable layout, with a full kitchen. It was a really great place to stay.

The location was great. Close to downtown and easy access to safe parking. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived. There was a microwave and small fridge with some milk, tea, coffee and sugar. As well as a toaster and kettle. It was very neat.

Fantastic location and lovely place to stay. Apartment had everything we needed and the log fire was a welcome bonus. It was lovely to be able to have our dog with us. Would love to have stayed longer and will be back!

The room was very cosy and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and facilities appropriate. The location was awesome; there were several good restaurants and eateries in the area, which provided a good choice and variety. Very close also to the railway station and the city centre.

Great place to stay in Mandurah bars and resteraunts and cafes either side of you great location was perfect for us good size bed comfortable and very clean all the cutlery if you want to make anything on the hot plate or the microwave good hot shower and also very quiet perfect for us
