The Location is outstanding. Across the street from a beautiful park and somewhat of a middle ground between the Harbour, Downtown and Cook St. Village.
Cindy was exceptionally helpful in communicating via messaging during and after our stay. The Parking fee was reasonable and very convenient, I'm not certain I've ever seen such a clean parkade:) Great value, great location would stay again.

A good location; walks along the river to the local coffee shop were most enjoyable. Beautiful scenery opposite the accommodation. Very friendly and welcoming owner. Comfortable and well-equipped room. Air conditioning was a definite bonus, as was the use of a washing machine! Bus ride to Downtown Victoria was easy and very straightforward - bus stop more or less right outside the property!

Management were helpful & generous; suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was great - near shopping, pharmacy, and a short distance to Victoria General Hospital. 15 min. drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - walkable to the harbour and downtown, there’s a supermarket 600m away, and the suite is a good size. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Comfortable mattress and high quality sheets.
