Apartment has fan in bathroom, unlike some other places, so excellent for indoor air quality! Lovely host.

The apartment is huge (ca. 60m2) with one bedroom and one dining room with a kitchen. You can find everything you need: microwave with instructions, coffee machine, oven, etc..
The hotel owner is a very kind and warm-hearted lady. The self check-in went smoothly without any problem, and we have been welcomed with biscuits and wine.
Besides, the location is quite good, you can reach all the sights in Syracuse by walking.

I had an incredibly pleasant stay and would happily return. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is good—just a short walk to the Archaeologic Park. Finding the property and getting inside was a little tricky at first. Once inside, everything was smooth. My room was large, and comfortable, with a small balcony. They had originally told me there wouldn’t be breakfast, but to my surprise they provided a generous breakfast.

The villa-style property felt peaceful and charming, with a true Sicilian ambiance and beautiful orange trees leading into the property. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. We loved the pool and the stunning views, a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The location of the hotel was perfect - walking distance to both the train station and Ortigia. Our room was enormous and beautiful and we loved the Ortigia bath products. The breakfast and evening snack selection was excellent and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. A must stay in Siracusa!

What a great place to stay in Ortigia.
Ilse is brilliant brilliant brilliant ! Such a lovely person and very informative.
The location and the view are just perfect to get to everywhere on the island. The highlight is the incredible sunsets you get to see every night from your balcony window.

We prefer a quiet holiday with the ability to quickly get to the city and the beach by car.
The location meets all requirements! A picturesque house with a veranda where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. Everything is furnished with taste and soul. We felt like home❤️ Fernanda is a wonderful woman and a very good hostess! Now it’s our favourite place to stay on Sicily)

Loads of space and great location, travelled with wife, son and his girlfriend, plenty of room to come together or have time alone. In city centre, so everything you need on the doorstep, bars, restaurants, boat trips, places to swim, great sandy beaches a short drive away. Wouldl book again if we go back to Sicily.

The amazing location in the historical city center. A lot of restaurants nearby. One grocery store not far away from the apartment. Good eating and cooking place in a first floor. So pleasant owner of the property, the communication with him was nice.

Perfect location with incredible views. Lovely sun terrace on roof, with comfortable furniture. One very large bedroom with bathroom and shower next to it. Second bedroom is smaller with curtain pull along to give privacy. Second toilet and sink downstairs next to kitchen.
Very clean, washer and dryer were great, and usual kitchen facilities, plus lots of towels and bath robes available.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location was incredible, putting us right in the heart of things. But what truly made the experience special was Marco, our amazing host. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is good because you may find parking or opt for a private parking service while the city center is easily reachable by foot (5-10 minutes walk). The room was very nice, super clean, new and well maintained. The staff was superb! Very gentle and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Siracusa!

Amazing. Very authentic place to stay. Perfect location. Our host Luca was one of our favourites. His communication and expections were very clear before our stay commenced. He helped co-ordinate both our departure and arrival. When helping us settle in , he provided so much advice and recommendations. He also check frequently and was genuine in knowing if we had the slightest concern or problem. He genuinely wants to make things right. Our stay was brilliant

Great place to stay in Ortigia! It is small but very nice and has everything you need. The location is perfect, close to the sea and center. The host was very friendly, she was easy to reach and always replied quickly.

Easy to find. Central location. Parking nearby. Incredible recycling and waste facilities to allow you to holiday and keep your carbon footprint low. Washer and dryer facilities. Dual aspect balconies. Francesca was a lovely person to meet. Just an exceptional place to stay.
