AustraliaA spacious and well-equipped unit. The bed and lounge were both comfortable, and it was nice to have a washing machine (washing detergent also supplied). Despite the property being advertised as "no cleaning", I was able to put my dirty towels in a bag, and clean towels were replaced by the time I returned home, and there was a broom so I could sweep the house. Kitchen was well equipped and had detergent. The facility was very clean. There was even a balcony with slippers outside! Air conditioning worked well to keep the apartment warm at nighttime. There is a Family Mart directly downstairs. The train station (takes you to the airport and central Fukuoka) is a 260 m away (a 4-minute walk).

-Very good location. You are 15mins away on foot from Hakata, not that you'd need to walk as the location is very near one subway station, and another is also close by.
-Very value for money. I don't think you'd find a cheaper place to stay that's so close to Hakata, Nakasu, and Tenjin.
-Breakfast was really delicious.

Excellent location near train station. New and modern decorated room. Cannot expect spacious room due to its location at city centre. Just normal room size as those in city centre. Helpful staff. Valued for money

Very friendly staff and helpful. Location pretty good in a good walking distance for train station Shin-Osaka, Canal City, Kushida shrine, food street and other, with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Breakfast was really good, with a good variety east and west selection. Facilities also top, with time slots for men and women for the bath (onsen). Definitely I will return to Fukuoka and here is a place to stay.

Front desk staff were exceptionally approachable and helpful by assisting us in booking and arranging for the bags to be loaded onto the taxi. Will definitely return to your hotel for our next visit, Location wise, it is centrally located in the city center. Transportation was convenient as the bus terminal is just within walking distance and bus stops just outside the hotel.

Decent for a hostel in general, however we stayed in much nicer hostels in Japan for same/less money. The communal area is small, but is equipped with a table, fridge, kettle, and microwave. Location was okay forgetting into the city centre. there are frequent local buses running nearby and also a Lawson 1 minute away. Affordable.

The hotel is modern and comfortable and the rooms are quiet. There's a café in the lobby, where you can have breakfast if you pre-order the day before and the employees are very nice. You can also borrow an umbrella if it's raining and you get a pyjama for your stay. The location is also very convenient as you can walk to the city center and there are many restaurants nearby.

Fantastic Onsen with 2 hot and 1 ice cold which was fantastic for the sauna. Sauna was great temperature.
Room was spacious with a great river view.

Best location - right next to Asakasa subway station , one stop away from the crowded Tensin station; A nice food supermarket opposite the hotel and the best ramen shop (highly recommended) few minutes down the road

I had booked a bed in a 6 bed dorm type room. I just needed a place to stay overnight in Fukuoka, and it was good. Location is great, near subway stations. Bed was comfy. Walking distance to yatai (food stalls). They'll send you instructions in case you checked in late.

It's a boutique hotel with four rooms on the floor where I stayed. Liked the size of the room which is quite spacious, especially in Japan standard. There's a tatami area which is not common in hotels in city center. The shower is strong and bed is comfortable. Location is very close to Gion station, with convenient stores nearby. Breakfast hasn't got much choice but it's generally nice and sufficient.

Everything was perfect in terms of in-room facilities.
The hotel's location was convenient, with the city centre just 15 minutes away by public transport. There are also shops right next door and several restaurants.

Location is about 15minutes walk to hakata station and 2minutes walk to a supermarket. Its in a shopping arcade street. Perfect location and cozy room. Will book here again if price is still cheap. Super hard to find cheap place to stay in hakata when i booked so i was lucky to have found this at the price i paid.

Fantastic location very close to Hakata Station and downtown. Within walking distance to the great parks and food stalls. Easy to find, much closer to the station in real life than on the map. Good choice of restaurants close by. Enough space for the luggage.
