United StatesThis is an incredibly special place that exemplifies the beauty of Madeira. The suites were comfortable and private, and the pool was our favorite. It was a magical experience.
One of the many wonderful moments we had was requesting a meal for breakfast and dinner onsite cooked by Jorge and Gabriel, the owners. Highly recommend paying for this, as the food is amazing and the money spent is well worth it! It’s particularly great after a long day adventuring.
Jorge and Gabriel are amazing hosts and people, and we are so appreciative of their generosity, kindness, and friendship. We will be back and we will tell everyone about this spot.

The flat was very well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is fantastic, it's very close to the beach and shops but was nice and quiet at night. There was also a welcome pack with some food and drink which was a nice extra to have.

The location of the property was beautiful with a sea view and great terrace. The pool was amazing for our 13 and 15 year old and is bigger than the photos make it look. The house was a perfect size for all four of us and was well equipped. The contact with the host was excellent before and during our stay and they answered everything we needed to know. Given the hills I would recommend hiring a car even going down to the beach in Calheta.

I recommend this accommodation, which is in an excellent, quiet location, although you need a car to access it. The owner is very friendly and helpful; the well-being of his guests is important to him. The room is comfortable, and the shared kitchen offers everything you need. Outside, there is a pleasant terrace with a view of the sea, and it is possible to swim in the pool.

+ I was nervous about reviews when I booked but the room was lovely.
+ Absolutely loved the bar/restaurant underneath. Staff were so friendly, and food/drink was amazing. I had my breakfast there both mornings. I'd recommend the Mangarita.
+ Spacious room and bathroom.
+ Easy self check-in/check-out system. You do not meet any staff.
+ Fan in the room.
+ Location is ideal and 2min walk to the promenade.
+ Lovely view from bedroom.
+ Beds were comfortable.

The property is in an amazing location (although you need a car). It is beautifully decorated and the terrace is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. The host is amazing and super helpful.

The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. Nicely surprising were the basic spices, the variety of pots and pans in the kitchen, laundry room, and even items for the bbq in the yard, which we didn't have the time to use. The location was perfect, just 5 min by car from the beautiful Calheta beach. Beautiful view of the ocean and the neighbouring houses.
