Booking a hotel at the last minute can be a gamble, but my recent stay at this brand-new hotel was a true jackpot. From the moment my reservation was confirmed, the service was nothing short of exceptional. I immediately received a personalized message confirming my arrival time, which was a fantastic and reassuring touch. The rooms themselves are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Each morning, the breakfast was an absolute delight, featuring a delicious spread of fresh, local products that made every meal a treat. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are, without a doubt, the best I have ever encountered. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness made all the difference. They provided us with fantastic tips on what to do and visit in the area, sharing local secrets that you wouldn't find in a guidebook. Their generosity went above and beyond when they even offered us a beautiful trip on the river, creating an unforgettable memory. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination in itself. It is a genuine gem that I've already enthusiastically recommended to all my friends and family. I can't wait to come back.

Staff: the best staff in a hotel I have ever experienced.

Location on the water is terrific

Wonderful breakfast with a very nice variety. Very attentive service without being intrusive. Responsive host that went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable.

Amazing hidden gem! Very friendly staff, breakfast included in the price, and a beautiful pool (but cold in late September). Many activities like ping pong, billiards and chess, and great sunset.

Setting was beautiful. Hosts were kind and thoughtful. I loved the villa and it was laid out well with more space than I had expected. Beautifully constructed villa and lovely farm.

Clean, everything was well thought of, comfortable, had everything we needed

Accommodations were really nice, everything was new, tasteful, and well maintained. We were personally greeted by the owner, who is very nice, personable and helpful with recommendations for things to do or where to eat locally. The cooking facilities were perfect for preparing breakfast for four people, sleeping conditions were great, with separate AC for each room so everyone could choose their own comfort level, and plenty of lounge space outside to relax in. The neighborhood is quiet, with at least one excellent restaurant within walking distance (we went twice to the same place it was so good!) and anywhere you want to go can be reached by either a scenic train ride or drive. Definitely recommend!

A lovely, very clean and very nicely decorated apartment with great views. This apartment is well taken care of and felt like a luxury hotel. The wine and port were wonderful touches. Walking distance to stores and restaurants in Cinfaes.
