ThailandI stayed for just one night, but everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool was impressively large. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby, and it’s easy to order through Grab. The location is also close to a quiet, relaxing Naiharn beach.

My wife and I recently stayed at a wonderful resort on Rawai Beach in Phuket for our 20th wedding anniversary and we were really pleased with everything! With beautiful views and a relaxing environment, this residence was the best place to relax and enjoy nature and the pool.
Our room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities were perfect and sufficient for us. Also, the presence of kitchen tools allowed us to prepare delicious breakfasts by ourselves.
But what made this experience even more special was the kindness of Mr. Tom and the staff! He kindly and compassionately helped us to make the best moments in this beautiful island. I am truly grateful for his advice on renting a motorbike and coordinating the time and way to and from and his special attention to detail. 🌞😊

RussiaThis is a very cozy place to stay for a month. I really liked the location — it’s close to cute places to eat and beautiful beaches. The staff is very nice and helpful. It was the best place I could rent during peak season for a reasonable price. The room is a little bit outdated, but for me it was totally fine. The backyard area looks like a paradise.

Bathroom is clean, shower has good pressure, though water temperature can be tricky to set up to the one you want 😅 Hostess was extremely responsive and helpful with any inquiries. Location is 5min walk to the "town" with restaurants, laundry service, pharmacy, grocery stores ... massive plus is a huge fridge with a big freezer 😊

A location beneath the beaten track, a small resort inmidst a wonderfull natural jungle with Old Thai Style wooden bungalows on stilts with a terrace, and modern comfort. As well as modern luxury villas. A place to let your soul dangle. Beachline is short but the bay offers wonderfull snorkling spots a stone throw away with sound corals and a lot of fish.
Breakfast buffet was very good with Thai or Continental servings, fresh fruits, mueslis. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, caring staff and exceptional cleanliness! I loved my room a lot, it has everything you need and is pretty quiet at night. Perfect for a vacation as beach towels with a special bag are provided. AC is working very well (quietly, too - which is important for me).

In summary a great experience: remote location on south end of Phuket island, best beach, nice hotel with perfectly caring staff! If at all to complain, breakfast buffet is not too lavish and the beds are a bit soft. You need ca 40min to Patong or Phuket city but who wants to go there? ;)

Super welcoming Staff and beautiful location. The pool area was super cool and refreshing. Less than a 10min walk to the beach where there are great shops, restaurants and a clean supervised beach.

Location was perfect. The staff were warm, helpfull and friendly with a special mention to Chup -Chup who runs the restaurant. We came to Baan Krating not well from possible food poisoning from elsewhere. Chup- Chup (or should I say "Doctor"" Chup - Chup ") made it her mission to feed us in a medicinal way back to health and always with a joke & smile. When you see her say hi from Phil & Mary from Australia.

The staff is amazing, Joliza took all the time that was needed to answer all my questions and help me in a way that I wasn’t even expecting.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. You feel like a king/queen here. And house keeping only comes when you hang up the sign. Very comfortable feeling that you don’t have to waive them of every day.
Location also very close to everything you need.

My room was actually quite nice: clean, comfortable and affordable, with good wifi and great location - perfect for what I needed as a solo traveler working remotely 😊 I extended my stay!

Very helpful, accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent location. Pool very clean and neat. Aircon worked well. Sufficient beach towels were provided. We did a cooking course in Phuket and brought all our food back as take-aways which the hotel reheated and served back to us with no trouble or extra cost at all!!
