Pool areas were great, the hotel was very clean and stylish, great breakfast buffet, very kind staff, and an absolutely stunning view over the Mediterranean. Absolutely wonderful. We’d recommend this hotel to everybody.

I was impressed by the staff in the hotel. Everybody was very helpful and nice and well-mannered. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach, and the bus stop is near the hotel.

Good hotel. Not in the city center but there is a bus station near the hotel (busses 21 and 22 that can take you tot he city center and to the famous beach Sant Juan). We liked the hot tub on the 6th floor. Swimmimg pool is also great, it could be bigger but ok. Clean and nice hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast; The hotel is close to a commercial complex and to the bus station, so it's easy to go downtown or to San Juan beach (a wonderful long and sandy beach).

Everything was remarkably clean and tidy. Easy to find location in the center of Alicante, extremely friendly staff which upgraded us to a larger suite because there were vacancies in the hotel.

It was clean and we got a good sale rate! Breakfast was included and a wonderful buffet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! It was refreshing to be treated with smiles and above and beyond willingness to help!

The location was amazing, not only close to bus station but also to sea and local shops , apartment was well prepared for our arrival , the view from the balcony was also pretty great

Very nice room, everything is new and clean, comfortable bed, good heating/air conditioning, big bathroom with strong water pressure in the shower, kitchen area in the room with everything you need, espresso machine in the room with complimentary coffee and tea, nice staff, baggage storage, self check in if arriving late with clear instructions, good wifi and location about 10-15 minutes walking from city center/sea side/airport bus stop.

We upgraded to a room with balcony. All balcony rooms look over carpark not pool. Room had air con & mini fridge. Very modern, clean & new. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom had own water heater so always hot water. Free parking in carpark. Meradona around corner. Located mote in residential area though perfect for us. Free breakfast too

The apartment was great, in fact nicer and much larger than what appears in the pictures. -- we kept joking with my wife that we needed to take a taxi to go from the living room to the bedrooms :D The kitchenette, while basic, had everything we needed. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy, and the living room had nice windows and good lounging space around the TV. The apartment was modern and minimalistic, which we appreciated as it made it feel very clean. Lots of natural light throughout. The rooftop pool, while small, was great and very welcome in the hot Alicante weather! Location is pretty amazing, in the midst of all you could want to see: short walks to the beach, to the marina, to shops, to the old town, to the central market, to restaurants, to the theatre... anywhere, really.
