Beautiful resort, very quiet, service above and beyond

My stay at Tenuta Madre Vita in Syracuse was amazing. The villa-style property felt peaceful and charming, with a true Sicilian ambiance and beautiful orange trees leading into the property. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. We loved the pool and the stunning views, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff and the owner were friendly and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations for nearby towns, beaches, and local cuisine.

Nice accommodation set in a lemon grove, quiet at night, comfortable room, great breakfast and nice restaurant. Only a 20 minute drive to Ortigia and Arinella Beach.

The breakfast was fantastic - the two main hot options were scrambled eggs and bacon. The muffins, pastries, cream puffs, cakes, and tarts made up for it. There's a selection of breads, cold cuts, and cheeses if you like it German style. Cereal (muesli) and yogurts and fruit round it all out. I also had dinner at the restaurant and I loved the gnocchi dish and caponata appetizer. The service at the hotel and especially in the restaurant. The staff was very accomodating.

I liked the facilities of the resort, it was clean and well kept. The apartment I had exceed my expectation.

Beautiful place inside and outside

Amazing staff all around. The hotel is run by a local team and the food/restaurant on site is all family. The meals were “outstanding” the pool Amazing. Thank you all for a relaxing stay.

Perfect resort for a family or couple. Great garden with shadows and perfect breakfast. Rooms are air conditioned and big. Just perfect. Would come again. The host was friendly and helpful. Everything was done smoothly.

The room had a neat design. It was clean and smelled really good (not sure what the scent is in the stairwell, but I've got to get some of that). The bed was very comfy. There was a wide assortment of snacks and drinks in the fridge (these seem to have been free, knock on wood). The property is right in the thick of things.

Its a hidden gem and very nice and nice location close to everything. Very clean , nice breakfast and sweet staff.

Only one word “ EXCELLENT” I stay so many hotels in so many countries. I can say this is the best hotel I stayed. It’s expensive but worth every penny.

Excellent staff, especially Noemi, Francesca and Jennifer. Spacious room with balcony overlooking quarry garden. Large, deep pool with many loungers. Very comfy bed and great air conditioning. Extensive breakfast selection in magnificent dining room. Great happy hour with tasty hors d’ oeuvres. Short walk to beachside swimming and excellent adjacent Jonico restaurant. Bar Drago also very good for coffee, snacks and drinks overlooking the sea and Siracusa. Recommended.
