Location was great and close to the 5th avenue although we could hear some music from the bar nearby it was kind of expected with the location. The staff was really great and accommodating. The unit is new and had everything we needed.

We had an issue at the beginning but it got solved by contacting the staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The complex has great facilities, gym, roof pool, etc all free of charge.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in.. Highly recommended. Everything is excellent. The food and quality are amazing. The infinity pool is excellent. It was one of the rare lovely apartments where we were able to sleep peacefully with an open window without earplugs :) Very quiet at night, balcony door had a mosquito net. Clean, neat. Perfect location - shopping mall and restaurants nearby and - !!! the best quietest beach area - Playa Xamanha is nearby, with the clearest water we found in Playa del Carmen (and we walked along the coast a lot, from Playa Nube to Playacar).
