Everything! Amazing location, amazing design, big beautiful suite, it felt like home even though I was there for business, it felt like a vacation, I didnt want to leave. Stayed for 8 days. The staff did absolutely everything to help us with any request, from laundry to concierge services, surprise gorgeous flowers waiting in the room for me from my husband. Chishan, the concierge girl was so nice and helpful, she deserves a raise! It was honestly one of the best experience I have ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot and only stay in luxury hotels.

Excellent hotel with a high level of service. The staff are very attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfasts are very good and offer a wide variety of options — everything is fresh and delicious, with both Western and Asian choices available. The location is also great. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can find everything from restaurants and cafés to a wide range of well-known brands. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was excellent. Very nearer to the Hubei metro station. The room was very spacious and full of technology. Breakfast soon was a bit small but they have huge variety of breakfast menu. You may get room service by robot if you want. Money exchange was very difficult. However, we found out that in Wangfujing Metro station there is a booth for money exchange.

Close to the airport, modern design well equipped large rooms. Friendly welcoming staff. Great public areas. Close to the indoor ski resort. Don't be distracted by the fact it's in a industrial area, clean quite street's are around. Great value for the price!

Very spacious rooms. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. VERY CLOSE to Futian Metro Station and right smack in the middle of everything. Great area, lots of food options and also really close to the malls. Beds was the most comfortable. The bathroom was huge.

The overall check-in experience is far beyond expectations. The design of the Pagoda Pavilion is full of sense, and the lobby is full of artistic atmosphere. The guest room is clean and odourless, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window has a wide view, and the intelligent control of the whole house is very convenient. The Jinker mattress feels soft and stable, and the sound insulation effect is online. The front desk Zeff service is warm and efficient, and responds to needs in a timely and considerate manner. The buffet breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western food, and there are also free mini bars, self-service laundry and drying, gyms, arcade machines and nail areas. It is strategically located, close to the business circle, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. It is the first choice for business travel and short-distance travel. Next time I come to Bao'an, I will choose this store. I highly recommend it!

Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.
