"I loved seeing all the trees and flowers in bloom in spring. I spent time at Mona Vale which was especially beautiful at this time with all of the blossom and flowers so colorful. I needed some late night food when I arrived and found Hells pizza on Riccarton Rd were very friendly and fabulous It was easy to drive around and I had a great time. Quick drive times to the air port. I used ezi car rentals which I highly recommend. You pull right in and drop off the keys and hop straight on the plane. Great service!"

Everything about our stay was lovely! The staff were all very welcoming and nice. The room was great, really clean, spacious and super comfy. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer. If we make it back to Christchurch, we will stay here again!

It was a last minute booking for a conference. I had stayed in 2 hotels prior to reaching Hotel 115. In hindsight, I would have just booked all of my accommodation with them. Pleasant considerate service, beautiful rooms with a comfy bed and pillow, high ceilings and all I would expect from a decent accommodation. Great location, character, easy check- in, understanding, comfortable, clean and modern. Oh and access to gym across the road. I highly recommend. Perhaps only suggestion is access to more TV channels. Maybe consider dropping Al Jazeera as well.

We loved the location and the coffee shop "onsite" was a real bonus (as well as proximity to the Salt District). The towels were really soft and the layout was good. Loved the toilet/washroom area and the aircon was of a high standard.

love all the art and the city centre and that you can just...

love all the art and the city centre and that you can just walk around and get to see it all. and using the tram is the best way to get around and you learn something at the same time, the library has a picture on the wall that you can move to find out more about what you would like to know more about and its free, also everywhere I went I feel at home. And the people are kind. there is lots to do. Hagley Park is beautiful just being outside then the riverside market is a wonderment in itself. and don't forget the ice-cream.

Opuke Hot Pools was an amazing experience.

Opuke Hot Pools was an amazing experience. We are so happy we chose the adults only evening session. The experience from arrival to departure was So relaxing & like nothing else we ever experienced. Robe & towel on arrival. Get to relax in adults only pools. The Star lite cave was my highlight. Got to enjoy drinks & food in the pool side bar. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Luxurious and welcoming.

Luxurious and welcoming. The restaurant at Terrace Downs was exceptional. Highly recommend the Mt Cook Salmon main. Extensive wine selection and great service. Would love to have stayed longer as there is so many exciting activities to choose from.

Arthur’s Pass offers absolutely beautiful scenery, especially along the drive—it’s one of those places where you’ll want to stop often just to take it all in. It’s definitely worth getting out of the car and exploring, with plenty of walking trails that showcase the stunning alpine landscape. A must-see stop is Castle Hill Rocks, which is truly unique and well worth the visit. The rock formations are incredible and make for a memorable experience. The Cave Stream walk is another highlight—an adventurous and fun experience for those prepared to get a little wet. There are also great Arthur’s Pass walking tracks that cater to different fitness levels, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the area. Highly recommend allowing extra time to explore this region properly.

Springfield is only an hour from Christchurch yet so close...

Springfield is only an hour from Christchurch yet so close to great scenery for drives and many sporting activities including Mt Hutt Ski Fields plus others. Arthur's Pass is a fabulous drive, Rakaia Gorge is beautiful, the drive to Coleridge Power Station, at the back of Mt Hutt is very scenic. The town of Methven is not far away. And there is so much more to see. Springfield is a fabulous base for so much to do and see!

On our way back home to Queenstown, my husband was so tired...

On our way back home to Queenstown, my husband was so tired so we decided to do a last minute booking, was only one room left and we were lucky to get it. The property manager was so kind and very helpful, room was great all we needed a great bed and easy location to drive out. Just what we needed, definitely will return and i would telll a freind and freinds. Thank you Guys.

Very relaxing area with many outdoor activities to do.

Very relaxing area with many outdoor activities to do. Great for families to walk around Castle Hill around the rock formations or fishing along the rivers and plenty of different walks around the amazing areas. There were mountain biking trails up Porters with the team at Porter's lodge able to drive you back up to the top of the trails. Definitely keen to get back over to explore some more.

Ohoka is a small place with friendly folk and the area in which I stayed. It's peaceful countryside with the occasional hawk or falcon to watch. Local produce and craft are both good. It's a nice peaceful place.

If my job was not important enough, I would move here over anywhere else. Friendly people, lots of acknowledgement on the streets. Excellent range of food available. Public transport excellent. Special ups to MusicWorks and Rusty there. Cannot give enough respect to them.
