This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our New Zealand trip.
We were a group of four, and my parents were extremely satisfied with our two-night stay in Wanaka.
The apartment is beautifully appointed with high-end facilities and everything you could possibly need. The outdoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and the coffee machine was a real highlight for us. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have their own private ensuite bathrooms, which made our family stay very comfortable and stress-free.
We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Wanaka.

We made good use of the “private” hot tub. A reservation was required but we never found anyone else using the hot tub.
We also used the upper or lower lounge areas depending on if anyone else was in one or the other.
The breakfasts were good.
The location was about 100m from a tremendous variety of food truck options for dinner.

What an amazing place, absolutely lovely. Our apartment was well set up, very clean, and had an amazing view of the mountains. Loved it! The pool area was really well set up too, 3 X pools and 6 X spa's with the mountains in the background - nothing quite like it was really beautiful and a great way to spend an afternoon.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. There is a beautiful view. The kitchen is very well equipped and the lounge/ dining area is spacious. The bedrooms were on the large side and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with a washer and dryer.

Excellent location with Great Lakeview from the big balcony, living room and master room. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are friendly for family travellers. Very well maintained. Would love to come back.

Aspiring lodge needed a bit of updating, however it was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. The car park was a bit tight. It was walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants

Small town on the edge of the lake surrounded by hills and mountains. Friendly place easy to navigate by foot, bike &/or car. Plenty of coices for food and one maginficent cafe called Kai Whaka Pai over;lookinmg the lake, great coffee, awesome ranmge of beers and good food

Great location easy to get to Wanaka but not in the middle of the all the tourists and busyness you get for a long weekend in a holiday spot. Right on the banks of the Clutha River, easy areas to walk and enjoy. Picture perfect location.

Lots of great dining options in town.
Lots of great dining options in town. Very cute local stores. The Wanaka tree was a little underwhelming, but the lake is stunning. Very much enjoyed the Lavender Farm. Amazing service and food at The Stoaker Room, definitely add it to your list. Check out Albert Town.
Though very difficult to secure an Uber ride in town.

We spent two weeks in NZ driving from Queenstown across to the east coast, made our way up to Christchurch then slowly across to Arthur's pass the down the west coast back to Queenstown to fly out, I wish we had another week just to spend at Lake Hawea

Nice lake and of course the Wanaka Tree - but heaps of tourists to contend with especially for an early morning shot. Had seafood chowder for lunch at Lake Bar. Very ordinary for the price. Great autumn colours in the trees lining the streets.

Lake Hawea is much less crowded and busy than Wanaka.
Lake Hawea is much less crowded and busy than Wanaka. The water is clear and beautiful, the view up the lake is magnificent and there is a great pub and store. There are good bike riding and walking tracks. Who could want for more?
