"Beautiful area with extremely friendly people. The church on the lake and the castle on the cliff are breathtaking overlooking the water. We loved our stay and could have stayed longer. Whether exploring Lake Bled or the area around, it’s a perfect place to enjoy, relax in, or use as a base to explore the region. We were able to easily get out and hike in the mountains while returning at night for a leisurely stroll around the lake and a delicious dinner. Hiking to the top of Mala Osojnica to watch the sunrise over the lake was incredible, and we’d highly recommend it. The location was perfect for us. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to go back."

"This property is located at the edge of a national park with breathtaking views of the mountains. It is the go-to option for anyone looking to zone out and disconnect from the city buzz and just immerse oneself in everything it has to offer. The restaurant served traditional Slovenian cuisine which was perfect on a cold winter night. One should bear in mind the means of commute while planning your stay as it is not connected to public transport (at least during the winter). Nevertheless the host was kind enough to ferry me around when needed which was a big plus. In short, I would recommend Erjavčeva koča to anyone who wishes to spend time with their loved ones, surrounded by mountains on all sides."

"Lake Bled is lovely but Lake Bohinj is perfect if you want a purer experience. The hike around the lake is about 12.5 km. There are lots of outdoor sports available and gorgeous views. We went up the cable car to Mount Vogel and hiked up to the waterfall at Savica. It is all truly gorgeous and peaceful."

"The Tolmin Gorge is an absolute must do. We also climbed the hill up to the Kozlov Rob castle, but a portion of the castle was blocked off, which was a disappointment. A much better use of our time would have been to drive up sooner to Kolovrat Museum of the First World War; which isn't a museum, but a fascinating preservation of WW 1 bunkers and some of the most spectacular views of mountains and sea you will experience while in Slovenia. It got dark before we could fully explore the trails, tenches and bunkers."

Lake Bled is beautiful. Although it can be a bit crowded, it is still absolutely worth visiting. Garden Village is located a little farther from the lake, but the free bicycles more than make up for the extra distance. The atmosphere at Garden Village is on another level 👌. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food and restaurant are excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was really nice and we felt welcome. I am gluten intolerant and they provided me with warm gluten free bread each morning! I really appreciated it. The staff provided us with valuable information regarding paths around the lake. Hope we will come back!

Amazing views! The chalet was clean and cozy and hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We were able to use their e-bikes and go on a beautiful bike ride from the property. The local wine and beer on tap, loca cheeses and baked goods, coffee, etc we’re all really nice touches. We hope to stay here again!

The cabins are in a great location. They overlook the Soca river and trail. The communal kitchen had most everything you needed to prepare meals. The cabin was cozy, had electricity, and a small refrigerator.

Lake Bled is the most beautiful lake I have ever seen.

Lake Bled is the most beautiful lake I have ever seen. The town offers a wide range of restaurants and bars, with delicious dishes and the famous Bled cream-cake. During high season it can get a bit crowdy but it is still charming.

Splendid little village with more than enough in the town and a great location for exploring the Julian Alps. The town is not too big but also has all amenities and restauarent choices as well as being superbly kept, clean and having such firendly and helpful locals!

Bovec is rich little town with beautiful river Socha, Trenta Valley, Triglav's National Park with many mountains like Kanin, Mangart, Rombon, Svinjak etc. Bovec is near the Italian border, Traviso is beautiful Italian town on the other side of border. Here is Vrshic Pass 1611m form where you can hiking many beautiful mountains. We 're in Bovec for hiking. It 's very easy for organization, because there's bus and shuttle bus HIP-HOP for Mangart's seadle 2072m - the highest road in Slovenia and the other places. We climbed the mount Mangart 2679m. The other day we're climbed the mount Svinjak 1653m-little Materhorn. We planed hiking mount Rombon, but the weather was very hot and Rombon will stay there and it will climb next year or some other time... There are many great activities for young people like river rafting, canyoning, kayaking, paragliding, hiking, climbing... There are many markets, shops, caffeterias, bakery shop work 24/7, little bazar...At evenyng, Bovec is full of happy people and nice quiet music. I highly recomanded Bovec for visiting, relaxing and recharging your batteries.

Tolmin is a great starting point for a wide range of activities. In the surrounding area, you can visit the Tolmin Gorges, try ziplining or canyoning in Sušec, or choose from the many other options this beautiful region has to offer.

We had 2 days, we didnt get onto the rafting early enough. Enjoyed the restaurants and people around. Would have liked to go rafting. Great meal and atmosphere in the Michelin rated restaurant. Great Museum and lovely walk up to church and then through forest.

Tarvisio is charming little town with great restaurants and shops. The most important for me is ski area with magic Monte Lussari. I would recommend the place for a weekend trip. My favorite restaurant is Orario ristorante.

Lesce is a local residential village so nothing special is really happening there. It is quite small and very quiet with supermarkets in the vicinities. The best thing about Lesce is it central location to all the major areas around Lake Bled.

Lake Bled is a beautiful location. There is so much to do. On the lake you can swim, fish, SUP, row a boat or be ferried across to the island. You can also walk 6km around the lake. The island has a church and refreshments. Lake Bled castle is worth visiting. Victa Gorge is close and spectacular. You can get a bus there or drive.
