Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as advertised, and 80% of the time, there was no one at the reception. While I was showering, the tabs electrocuted me. No dinner cause they ran out of supplies and had to eat breakfast for dinner and made me pay the full price while providing half of the advertised on the menu

The property is in quiet harmony with the natural environment. The rooms overlook the untouched landscape as far as the eye can see. Wild animals are easily spotted from the private deck. We experienced two game drives per day which allowed us to see the Big Five in just a few days. Led by safari guide Jafari, we were able to get great looks at most of the Pilanesberg wild animals in total safety. On my final day there I made a special request for a Birding Walk around the immediate area and was led by highly experienced guide named Andre through the bush. As we walked for over three hours and 1.63 mi, we observed 47 different bird species including: Spotted Eagle-Owl, Brown Snake-Eagle, Black-winged Kite, Gabar Goshawk, and a Brown-Hooded Kingfisher. The food was prepared by a gourmet chef and was delicious. We all ate at a family style table together for meal time and great conversations.

The breakfast was fantastic every morning and on time, we never had to wait for anything at all. Was really a wonderful experience and i would recommend Honey Bee Guesthouse to anyone who is looking for affordable accommodation. We had aircons in our rooms, and a fridge, and our own bathrooms with a shower and a bath. Definitely worth the money.

So we drove with family from Botswana , our friends were...

So we drove with family from Botswana , our friends were already checked in. It was a perfect drive . Observing all road rules, upon arrival, our rooms were ready and the set up was great. We went for dinner and the food was amazing.

Rustenburg is a good and chilled place.

Rustenburg is a good and chilled place. Do you research about historic places to visit. I would recommend you buy bottled water on your wat there as the municipal water tends to run low or have an odd taste. Its generally warm but in the early hours of the night, its gets very cold in winter.

We ate from Rocco mama & Debonnaires pizza With own car it was very easy to travel around. The room was fine.

The room was fine. Our biggest issue was that we were so looking forward to a good country breakfast and it was a complete disaster. The fried eggs looked as if a steam roller had squashed them and were burnt, the pork sausage was raw and the potatoes were hard and not cooked. Then asked for a soft boiled egg.....2 eggs were delivered in a silver gravy boat as no egg cups available. Egg was hard boiled. For a 5 star rating this was a very poor show and totally unacceptable.

I enjoyed the games, breakfast was good excluding juice. The rooms was clean but there were no tea or coffee items in the rooms. They need to clean the other premises there’s too much dust. They need to fix their showers when you bath it becomes wet every where in the room. Their staff need customer service training, they are trying but they are failing there and there

I attended the Glen Jones concert.

I attended the Glen Jones concert. It was convenient to go to Sun City. It was 12 km away. The chalet was clean. If I had time we could had a braai. Also easy access as day visitor to Sun City. They offer game drives and games.

I liked the location, being situated away from the city and...

I liked the location, being situated away from the city and in the bush it was very quiet and peacful, there a great hiking trail on the property and it is close to oyher hiking venues. The property has very nice swimming pools and there is mini golf and tennis courts to keep the family busy

Fully equip kitchen and outside bonfire area with also a BBQ place at the pool with nice long table' and chairs for a family function set up. Stunning view from the pool deck, there's even binoculars available.

The Pilanesberg National Park is a lovely park close to Johannesburg with everything you want in terms of game viewing. The Kingdom is a great place to stay it's very close to the park and very affordable compared with the lodges inside the Petersburg itself so it's a really good option. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and they take a lot of care to make sure that there's not too much noise in there in the complex so you can you don't have to worry about loud raucous parties necessarily if you're looking to get up early the next morning to go for an early game drive
