Lovely location, views and Dawn chorus, very attentive hosts

This was the perfect house for my family of 3 for the Christmas period. Ideally located in the town of Caerphilly, we only used the car to go and visit family in the area. Everything else is walkable. The house itself is refurbished to an extremely high standard, it was warm and cosy and Thomas and Sarah had even decorated the house with a tree and other decorations. We also had a Xmas gift hamper that was a really lovely touch. 3 super comfy double beds, great bed linen, huge bathroom with bath and separate shower and a well stocked kitchen. I will definitely rebook!!

It was a beautiful residence and staff was amazing, the room was beyond expectations and really set the mood I absolutely loved it

This is a little piece of heaven. The view was stunning, the facilities were excellent and the hosts were brilliant. I cannot fault the experience, so much so we booked to stay an extra whilst we were there because we just didn't want to leave such a glorious location. I really recommend staying here, we cannot wait to go back.

The location was absolutely fantastic - right across the street from the castle and close to several restaurants. The house was clean, and had almost everything we needed.

Clean (although the Venetian blinds do need a good dust every now and again). Beds comfortable. View very wooded. Good base for visiting the area. Facilities in the house are adequate if you are not a foodie. We bought some of the things that we thought would make our stay better.

What an amazing place to stay , would buy this place in a heart beat lovely host lots to see unfortunately was working but will definitely be staying again if I'm in the area thank you for allowing us the property for the week

The laundry facilities and kitchen were excellent. Beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was strong.

Beautiful! Very welcoming friendly staff. On site parking!! Quiet and tucked away from the hubbub of the city

Firstly it’s a bit out of town in a lovely residential neighborhood with a terrific park within a short distance. Great nearby restaurants. It’s a drive to things but it’s away from the hustle and bustle
