This was a very special property, it was absolutely lovely! We ate in the restaurant and had some wine and everything was good and very reasonable.

The room was massive and absolutely stunning the bed was so comfortable. The blok restaurant was incredible food was so delicious and tasty.

Quiet and peaceful. Nice rooms upstairs. Charming restaurant pub downstairs.

The Bear is just it. Staff is exceptionally professional and friendly, and the hotel itself is the perfect Cowbridge destination. With a 24/7 quaint bar, a (few) modern restaurant(s), and that very relaxed but fine ambience, it’s a repeat for us for sure.

Away from built up reads and in a lovely quiet country side

The property was absolutely beautiful and the cottage was spacious and comfortable. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch in the morning enjoying the birds song with my coffee ☕️. The walking path recommended into town was very pleasant and we found Cowbridge a wonderful town to be near in South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location, the house, hosts, everything! If I had known how amazing this place was, I would have booked our entire 2 week trip to be based here.

Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Good facilities for tea/coffee making and fridge available.

The property was lovely in a great location.

This was my 1st experience of staying in an Airbnb. I was very fortunate to find it. We had a family event to go to in cowbridge and the cottage was very local to where our family event was being held. The owners were very friendly and helpful, my son asked if he could borrow an iron. Which they very kindly lent him theirs. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking the cottage again.

The location was wonderful. We loved the surroundings. It was like hiding away from the world. The bed was comfy and everything you needed was there. The shower was very powerful! We loved the fire pit! Was a highlight!

The Shepherds Hut was beautifully neat and clean. Comfortable beds and a good shower. It was set in a lovely quiet location: spacious outside area with settee and chairs. Table and chairs also provided for eating outside. The owners were very welcoming.

The perfect place to stay with family!!
