Stunning little escape. The owners have created an oasis in a lovely location. We never met but communication was excellent and so friendly. Its location is idyllic, the layout super smart and comfortable, and it is filled with everything you need for.

Pleasant little place. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Street leading to apartment iis very narrow as is typical of Yorkshire Dales so is not ideal for manoeuvring cars. Milk, coffee, tea and breakfast provisions were unexpectedly provided which was a nice touch.

Great location on canal in Skipton, host was very kind and helpful when making booking, this was for my wife’s birthday as we booked local steam train journey also. Accommodation exceeded our expectations everything we needed was provided even welcome hamper which was a very nice touch. Cottage was cosy and central for bars and restaurants. Skipton castle not too far away either. Everything was new and clean couldn’t fault it, thanks for great stay, 👍

The flat was perfect for my needs. Location: On a side street, thru-traffic was minor. Flat is central to & within easy walking distance to Skipton Train Station, Bus Station, taxis, shops, cafés, Skipton Castle, Visitor Center. And if you’re a walker you can stroll from the flat through neighborhood streets, onto a section of the Dales Way & up to the Skipton Moor. Kitchen: There is everything you need for cooking in. New electric kettle & assortment of teas/coffee and a variety of “welcome biscuits”. Large refrigerator/freezer. Built-in washer/dryer (I didn't use it) Living area: Sofa/loveseat is small yet surprisingly comfortable for reading & for putting on/off shoes. Cute mid century modern style. The 2 windows are locked, so are non-operational (for fresh air). The privacy translucent film is a nice feature on the bottom panes & you still get lots of light. Blinds are controlled with simple to use remote control. Bedroom: Very comfortable queen sized bed, lots of pillows, comfy duvet vHuge closet for hanging clothes. Tons of storage cabinets. Bedside light switch for overhead light. Power outlets are underneath the vanity next to the bed. Bathroom: Clever storage drawers under the sink. Shower control is easy to use & hot water came on quickly. Adjustable shower wand is great for tall people. Softlight huge mirror is fabulous. Decor: Really calm color scheme that welcomes you in. Everything was lovely. Hosts: Vicky is very responsive, and was amenable with the change to my checkout time. This allowed me to be stress-free on my final morning.

Comfortable bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom. Cozy and welcoming common lounge and sit outs. The location is fabulous two minutes walk to the Skipton canal. Carol provides a delicious breakfast with homemade bread.

Fabulous place! This is a 1000 square foot, 2-BR, 2-BA, 2-level townhome on top of a ridge looking out over the Dales in both directions. View from the upstairs bedroom is especially grand. Furniture is functional and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need for light meals. The hosts, Helen and Patrick, live next door and were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Road access is convenient and parking is onsite and easy.

Great size living space, really helpful for a family of 5. Main bedroom really spacious, we needed a cot and there was plenty of room. Excellent size family bathroom with big bath and big shower. Tall staircase but quite safe as at the end of the corridor to the bedrooms. I wasn't concerned with my 5 & 3 year old in the night without a stair gate.

Everything. Very kind owner. Wonderful cottage which was immaculately cleaned and very spacious. Very kind items left for my stay. Brilliant central location. Bonus of two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and smart tv in each bedroom and one in the lounge too. Everything thought of for the guest. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I’d love to come back in the future.

Staff great. Upgraded room was not as good as expected for the price and there was a strong smell both on the stairs and in our room which meant we had to have the windows open all night. View over canal really pleasant. Breakfast good although a bit chaotic in tea/coffee/toast making area. These weren’t brought to table with breakfast. Plenty of parking and good proximity to town.
