We had a wonderful experience and comfortable stay

We had a really nice stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, the cleaning staff came every morning to clean the bathroom and restock toilet paper and soap, which we really appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since we had to leave at 4 a.m. They helped us with directions and made things easy for us. Kudos to our friendly night guard from Cameroon as well. Also, the food from their kitchen was also really good. Would stay here again for sure.

The location is really close to the train station, which was very convenient as we carry luggages to get there. The reception officer was very welcoming and the Hotel upgraded our rooms so that our rooms were able to stay close to each other. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had to check-out early, so the Hotel staffs prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Thank you for the excellent service.

It had a very good reasonably priced restaurant attached to it especially if you would like gluten-free.

This has got to be one of the BEST hostels I’ve ever stayed in! It feels more like a hotel than a hostel! The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Furthermore, the complex is absolutely stunning and there is a restaurant inside that cooks delicious food! I would LOVE to stay here again in the future when I visit Venice!

Beautiful hotel ! excellence service, we got a beat cold at night.And they gave us private heater to the room, very clean, in the center , one minute away from the main piazza san marco .

Location is excellent 5 minute walking from train station , staff was super helpful we asked for boiler and additional blanket. The room was warm and 5 stars for bathtub. Hot bath after January chill was what I needed

Location and friendliness of staff members

Really amazing hotel, I was so lucky to have roof room. It has private balcony. The view was breathtaking, you can see entire Venice roofs😁. Room, linen & towels was clean. I felt like living in a house from fairy tales. Btw, location is also perfect.

We had an absolutely excellent stay here. The staff were super accommodating and professional, the room was spotless and very nicely put together, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Very neat and clean hotel excellent

The property is the perfect match of modernization and historical culture.

The hotel is in an excellent location, metres from St Mark's Square over a small bridge. It is only minutes from the vaporetto stop and the Alilaguna stop. The hotel has been refurbished in recent years and is very comfortable. Rooms are quite large and airy, especially by Venice standards. There were two windows in our room which could be opened and gave excellent ventilation but beware of mosquitos who hang around all year! The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well. The bathroom was bright and spacious. However, ours seems to have been designed for those who prefer baths to showers. The shower was a 'stand in the bath' variety and it was awkward to use and you needed to be careful getting in and out. The absence of a grab rail higher up the wall was an omission - there was one for those using the bath. The lift is tiny but there was never any delay in getting it. The breakfast room is compact and can get busy but there was never a problem in getting a table. The choice at breakfast was good but not memorable. All of the usual choices were present but there was little variety and this was especially so in the cereals section. However, we didn't go hungry!! Staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all, it was an excellent stay in a very pleasant hotel in a great location.
