We were welcomed by the receptionist. They were very kind and helpful to us whenever we asked them anything. The breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean.

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

There was a problem with my door; after I noticed, it was fixed in 1 hour. The staff sent me two custard pies as a courtesy.

It was a birthday surprise stay and my spouse was thrilled,We enjoyed our stay very much!! The facilities are wonderful and well kept The staff were so helpful, kind and nice. We love Tivoli Hotels and were so happy to stay at the Kopke! Exceptional service, caring staff, beautiful accommodations and great location. We had the best view from our room. Close to the Port houses, downtown restaurants and a lovely walk to Porto ( also take a cable car for the views). But honesty- the best of everything was right at this hotel. Do not miss the spa!!! The views and treatments both! Breakfast, dinner, the bar and the staff, room service … All lovely! We also enjoyed are delicious welcome port, kind note and traditional pastel de nata Special shout out to Pia and Francisca for getting medical help and running to the pharmacy when my husband injured his back. We felt very cared for and were in good hands. Book your stay here! You won’t be sorry!

Great place to stay outside of the busy center of Porto. The garden and views are great. Spa area was great. We ate at the gastronomic restaurant, dishes were well executed.

Breakfast was excellent! Generous amounts of rolls and pastries plus yoghurt, cheese, ham, fresh orange juice and fruit. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Close to centre of Porto. Tea and coffee available in room.
