It's very new and the facilities are fantastic — the rooms are very big, they have balconies, and I love how they're decorated with artistic and creative flair. I noticed that the bedding and the slippers were made in Portugal which was great. The spa facilities were also nice. I was a fan of the breakfast service, where they deliver breakfast to your door if you request it with a sign on your handle. The breakfast selection was vast and the acai bowl was a favorite. I also ordered dry cleaning for my pants and it arrived back to me, clean and dried, within hours!

I can say that the accommodations, guest relations, room cleaning, parking, and breakfast services were top-notch.
Guest relations is always helpful. Those in the breakfast section made sure we had a great time at breakfast.
The location is close to the center and everything else. The indoor pool and gym facilities are also excellent.

Our room was very spacious, modern and clean. It is good value for money for sure. Very attentive employees, they made our stay very very special. They made sure we had everything we needed. And the everyday housekeeping was a bonus. The sunsets from our balcony was soo beautiful. And we slept amazing on these huge beds. For us girlies, it made us happy that the mirrors were big too.

We were upgraded to a better room with a balcony ,both rooms booked were next to each other .
Asked for a late check out as our flight was at 2035hrs , this was sorted by the staff and we were allowed to use one of our rooms till 1600hrs .
All members of staff we encountered were excellent and extremely helpful ,the rooftop bar was also worth a visit with wonderful views .

The hotel communicated about check in and upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, had two lovely bathrooms, it was clean and had a small balcony overlooking the pool.
The pool area was lovely and poor towels are available from reception.
Overall a lovely property and a central location for tourists. They also had an elevator which was a bonus.

My room was very stylish, spacious, clean and located on a beautiful street. I loved the balcony and arts and design features. Lots of thoughtful details and even a diffuser on the hairdryer which I never find in hotels. Andriea was always available, keen to help and genuinely welcoming.

The property is located a little outside of the city and is therefore very quiet and peaceful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Vinyard and the hills nearby. There is a kitchen with coffee fruits, cookies, bread, jam and water provided complimentary. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Spacious apartment perfect for a family of 5. It had everything we needed. Large balcony overlooking street and hills, wall on balcony was nice and high for kids. Sea view from some of the bedrooms. Modern shower and large bath tub. Building had a good lift to the 4th floor. Communication with hosts was easy. Parking on street or in garage.

A beautiful property and an equally lovely room. Quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside our room soaking in the views of the property. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Our host was very friendly. Nice and quiet. Pool looked lovely and we observed it being maintained daily but air temperature was a little cold for us to use.

My room was 4A on the 4th floor. I loved the spaciousness of the room and the very individual and high quality furnishings. The balcony with view to the Time Out Market and Sao Bento Trainstation was a nice plus too. The location in the middle of the city is outstandig. (Yes it's not the quietes place in Porto, but if you close the windows you will never hear anything more about it). The room also has a stove, a dishwascher and a washing machine (which I all didn't use during my stay).

Very well appointed penthouse apt right near the city center with a West oriented terrace. Comfortable bed with a door that can be closed from the rest of the apartment. The bedroom has air conditioning and the rest of the apartment has a powerful floor fan.

Service was great, lovely extended family hosts who worked hard to ensure all guests were catered for, food and wine was plentiful, nothing too much trouble.
Our room was at the top of the house and like stepping back in time but was spacious with a second bedroom and living area with chairs and tv, plus great view across the river to Pinhao.
Location was up high so we were happy we took a taxi as roads were tight, and it also resulted in some fantastic photographs of the lighting that lit up the night sky.

The apartment was superb, great kitchen and living, with a spacious bedroom / bathroom area. The welcome basket was a super nice touch. Breakfast was delivered in a wicker basket and provided a delicious continental breakfast. The reception staff was lovely and a great help. The apartment agreed to store our suitcases for the day until check-in, but we were lucky that our room was ready for us when we arrived. Handy location for some key tourist attractions, shops and amenities.

Very comfortable & stylish apartment in a brilliant location - not even 5 minutes from Mercado Do Bolhao, which is a must visit for anybody in Porto. You're also spoilt for choice of great bars and restaurants in this part of town.
Terrace, kitchen, bathroom & living space are all more spacious and better equipped than you would expect at an affordable price.
Check-in process was east & well-explained before arrival.
Two A/C units, one facing each bedroom area, was a treat.

Very spacious modern bedroom with large bathroom and 3 huge wardrobes. Very comfortable bed with sofa bed if needed. Amazing furnished terrace overlooking the Doura . Very convenient walk over the bridge into the heart of Porto. Excellent shared kitchen , dining and sitting area two flights down.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. For the same price of a hotel room, you get a large 1 bedroom apartment. Communication with the hosts before, during, and after our stay was smooth and easy. The location is excellent, right next to Rua das Flores. There was even a great little wine and snack shop nearby, called Casa Triunfo, with an owner who really knew his stuff and gave great recommendations. The apartment was well-appointed, with thoughtful touches. We would certainly stay again next time we visit Porto, and recommend to friends.
