I have been travelling through tasmania for 8 days and this was the only place i stayed at where the heater was turned on before arrival so that the room was nice and warm for me when i got there. this meant a lot. she even turned the outside lights on for me and showed me where to find my cabin as it was dark when i arrived.
the bed was very comfortable and the cabin had everything you could ask for, even a balcony and heating lights in the bathroom. even had some free port available on arrival. all was clean and tidy and i was given great instructions on where to find everything. only 20min drive away from “The Wall” and not too far from Mt Field Nationalpark.

when we arrived at the motel asked if we would prefer an upstairs or downstairs. As we preferred a downstairs room, The proprietor gave us our room key & told us how to get there. He also told us that we had a management upgrade. When we opened the door. W O W. The room was a 2 bedroom unit. It's own kitchen, dining area & bathroom. We certainly made use of all the amenities, like the kitchen. Thank you very much to the management.
& staff for a wonderful stay. Cheers.

We had only booked a basic family room but when we arrived were told we had been upgraded to an apartment with seperate adult and kid bedrooms as well as a kitchen! This was very helpful with one family member being unwell and meant we could prepare meals in the apartment. We also loved the decor and wood panelling, felt warm and homely! Also a brilliant location on the doorstep of Cataract Gorge and walking distance to the CBD.

A great hotel in the lovely Battery Point area and east walking distance to Salamanca and Piers. Staff were particularly helpful and accomodating - even providing us with an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony and view. Very spacious and comfortable. Particularly grateful to access to laundry facilities and for onsite parking.

Spacious kitchen, 2 bedroom, balcony overlooking the water. Extremely cheap laundry, and access to pegs and a clothes line so no need for dryer if you have a sunny day. Proper kitchen and IGA across the road, as is a terrific pizza shop if cooking is not your thing. 10 minutes from Maria Island ferry.

The wheelchair accessible room was big enough and the bathroom was well equipped with space next to the toilet and a strong fold down shower seat. The room was tidied every day and rubbish taken away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Access from the car park to our hotel room was good.
It was great to be able to step into the garden from our room.
I was in awe of the view every time we drove up to the hotel; a majestic building with Mount Wellington as backdrop.

This is our second visit to Peppers and is now our preferred accommodation in Launceston. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and this time our room had a small balcony looking over the park and river. It is an easy stroll across to seaport cafes and not too far to the city

Very spacious and bright penthouse apartment with two very large ensuite bedrooms. Conveniently located with a good supermarket at the door and various restaurants 5 minutes away. Quite convenient for ferry to Hobart City or bus routes. Well appointed and looks quite new. Very large kitchen/dining/sitting room. Even has a bath on a large balcony (why??).

Hawley House is located directly across from beautiful Hawley Beach. The view from our room and balcony overlooking the gardens and lakes was lovely. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
We appreciated the beautiful rooms and historical significance of the property and information, books available to peruse.
The breakfast and evening dinner meals were excellent. After almost three weeks of travel around the State we were delighted with the quality, presentation and taste of our meals, the best.

The apartment was spacious with all the facilities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious. Great view from the balcony. Large kitchen and lounge areas too. Love that there are tvs in the bedrooms.

Great price for a 3 bedroom room. Our room was in a separate building from the others on the site so there was no noise at all. The unit was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Not much to do in the town but it's a useful place to stop on a trip down the east coast.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive Suite in the IXL Jam Factory building. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Hobart was half way through our travels around Tasmania so it was wonderful to have access to a washing machine. The huge bath was wonderful as well. And we loved enjoying coffee or wine on the large balcony.

The property was great, very spacious and well equipped. The staff were so very helpful and accommodating when we had to add a night to our stay last minute. They rang and were very contactable when needed. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom flat and it was fabulous. I love the ethics of the hotel and contributing to charities was great. The well chosen products are a nice touch as well. Would definitely stay again.
