Although it's a hotel it doesn't provide hotel rooms, but very spacious apartments with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. We were very pleased and very comfortable. Huge plus the safe underground parking without extra charge.

Bed was great size and comfort (and extra pillows were big plus!)
Shower was clean and well maintained, and shower had great pressure.
Location was perfect, walking distance to so many things in Madrid. Public transport to the hotel was very manageable from airport.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local activities.
Hotel upgraded our room to a balcony room which opened up onto the street which I loved!

Lovely spacious clean room with balcony. Newly decorated. Big bathroom. Communal kitchen on top floor with washing machine. Roof top terrace. Staff really helpful.

Our stay at Pop-Zen Penthouse was perfect! The apartment is an absolute dream, even more beautiful than the photos. It is spacious, colorful, and the terrace is an incredible place to relax while you're exploring the city. The owner was so helpful and always available if we had any questions. The location is perfect, close to every attraction and quiet as well. Thank you! We can't wait to be back! P.S: We already miss Jara 🤍

They upgraded my room. I got a superior room, on the 9th floor, with an interesting view. Spacious and confortabel room. Excellent mattress and linnen. There is a door separating the wardrobe and bathroon area, which helps to improve sound isolation. Superb location, close to the best shopping area in Madrid.

Our room was in one of the upper floors with a balcony and a very nice view. Even better was the view from the rooftop terrace.
The hotel is very well situated, you can get there easily from different directions, you are quick in the city center. The surrounding area is also nice, you will find plenty places to go nearby.

We arrived early and were allowed to put our bags in the apartment whilst it was being cleaned, a big thank you to the cleaning staff!! The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, fresh and bright with lovely French doors opening out onto the balcony giving tremendous views of Calle Mayor. The kitchen/lounge/dining area was perfect, couldn't have asked for more. Central heating excellent, in fact we had to turn off some radiators!! Fabulous location, we walked everywhere! Will book again for sure!
