A wonderful stay for a 50th girls wkend, bedrooms were immaculate and spacious all individual with 6 of us staying it was just perfect. Very relaxed sitting in the lounge chatting and laughing, served patiently by Saffron a total star - thanks for looking after us all so well we are a little crazy! 🌟🤣🥂

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Meadow Barn. The apartment is spacious and clean. The lounge has big windows with beautiful views of the countryside. The bedrooms are big. The apartment is set in a beautiful, quiet location and we had a lovely 3 night stay.

All rooms were very spacious, with lots of breakfast food
The hosts were very accommodating for our requirements.

The building is gorgeous and continues to be throughout as you enter and check into your room. Lovely decorating and nice amenities. The bathtub in my room was the best I've ever seen! Can't speak highly enough of this place. Breakfast was incredible.

Our room was not ready on arrival, but we had excellent service whilst waiting with complimentary tea and coffee while, we read the Saturday papers and were quite happy to wait and the bonus was an upgrade which exceeded our our expectations. At my fathers 80th birthday party the upgrade was quite a conversation piece. Thank you for the marvellous service and upgrade to the Catherine of Aragon suite couldn’t have been happier, look forward to returning soon.

Very close to the venue for a wedding we were attending. Lovely room, very clean and spacious. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to welcome us. Really lovely breakfast was a bonus

What a delightful place in a wonderful location. Great for my doggie as well with a pretty little village park nearby and walks from the door. The apartment is so beautiful with lovely art prints on the walls, a peaceful spacious bedroom and the bathroom is stunning I had a wonderful soak in the amazing tub. The host is nearby but you still have privacy and provided the most huge and delicious croisssants I have ever had! Thank you so much. Utterly delightful and a much recommended sanctuary.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable
Convenient location in the centre of Manningtree and backing onto the riverside. Good outside seating area at back of pub overlooking the river.
