This was a fantastic apartment! It looks new, everything is modern and luxurious. It was perfect for my husband and me and my sister, because the two bedrooms are separated by the living room. The shower worked great and there even was a dishwasher. The owner provides some breakfast cereal along with tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Very nice and friendly host who gave us a warm welcome. We were rebooked from a room to an apartment at the same price due to workmen. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, with a terrace overlooking the sea and great views. It was rather chilly due to a storm but there were plenty of heaters and also a great electric blanket in the bed.

Margaret, the host, was very warm and welcoming and upgraded our room for us, free of charge, which was really kind. The beds were comfortable, and the location was nice and central in the heart of town. Highly recommend for a cheap nights stay in Kilkenny.

Generally this is a really beautiful hotel interior wise. I love all the wood panelling and large balcony or patio doors accessing the gardens directly from your bedroom.
Facilities within the bedroom are excellent. Fridge coffee maker ironing board etc are all hidden in the wardrobe spaces. The bedrooms feel cosy and luxurious.
I also love that you can have a nice walk on the grounds outside. There are also equestrian activities and a fantastic golf course for those inclined.
