Very classy ryokan with a beautiful staff and perfect amenities. From the moment we arrived we felt pampered and all our needs were attended to. Our walk to the hot sand baths was very easy and the experience was great fun. Breakfast and dinner were exquisite. We didn't spend a lot of time in the onsen, but the facilities were great
