United KingdomJust perfect! Such a gorgeous cottage as the pictures illustrate. Ideally located for exploring the beautiful village and short car journey into Barnstaple and surrounding areas! It was well equipped with all the comforts of home, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our host and owner Emma and Richard were always available should the need arise. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again one day soon!

It was extremely quiet (but for some it might be too remote) and the garden at the main house was lovely. Our dog was made very welcome (as were we) and a lot of thought had been put into everything. We loved the novel kitchen in a cupboard. The mattress was comfy. We had a lovely stay.

Very clean & comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location right next to the town centre. Very good value for money. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Really nice modern interior and the bathroom is really nice too

Very spacious property with comfy beds and excellent kitchen facilities. The location is Ideal for cyclists with easy access to theTarka Trail (approximately 1 mile) and local pubs etc. Large enclosed rear garden which is ideal for dogs. Comfy sofas and a selection of board games. Excellent communication from the host before arrival with details of property location, key access and wi-fi etc.

DONT MISS THIS Fantastic property, clean spacious and welcoming. Welcomed on arrival, appartment was a great place to chill out and just relax. The biscuits and free range eggs were a great touch. Modern kitchen and all the amenities that you will need. The location is great, exactly where you want it to be.
Should have stayed longer, but we will be back to rest and chill rather than work.
Coco the donkey like carrots and apples (cut up ), the sheep are also lovely. Cant say enough about this place.

It was lovely and homely. So useful to have the kitchen facility. I stopped here during my South West Coast Path walk and it's so important to have somewhere comfy to stay after a hard day's walking.
It's a bit of a walk out of town but there is a useful short cut through to the station if you are walking.
