The cottage is simply but beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for the weekend. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous with stunning views, easy to find and only a few minutes drive to the nearest shop. I was attending a workshop close by and so didn't have the chance to explore the area further but would definitely return.

The Bus on the Hill was an amazingly quirky place to stay. Waking up to the views from the top deck was such a special treat. We usually go out and about on a holiday but we just couldn't drag ourselves away from the wonderful vistas. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We have totally recharged our batteries and even had a BBQ for breakfast. The hosts balanced a professional but friendly approach. And although they messaged to let us know we could get in touch if we needed anything, they didn't turn up and bother us at all (as some hosts do!). We would thoroughly recommend The Bus on the Hill if anyone is looking for an idyllic, off grid retreat. We can't thank Jane and Richard enough for letting us stay, and hopefully we'll be back again next year to celebrate Andrew's birthday.

The milk barn was very nice and the garden was beautiful, views were beautiful rolling hills pastures. The kitchen was large as were the bedrooms and bathroom and well equipped. There’s a large patio partly covered.

The accommodation was first class. There were 16 of us plus the dog and still had plenty of room. Cinema room was excellent, kids loved it. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice big kitchen, well equipped. Spacious lounge, big enough for us all. Plenty of bathrooms, so no queuing. Nice long corridor what the kids loved, to burn their energy off. Kids didnt want tp leave, so left them there. 😂 Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property located in a very peaceful area approx 6 miles from Tiverton. A cream tea greeted us on arrival, and the Linhay provided everything that you could possibly need for a self catering holiday including a state of the art hot tub which overlooks the rolling hills of mid Devon. Would definitely recommend. The house boasts modern decor, two high end ensuite bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen and washing facilities. Briony was a fab hostess and we had a relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay at Pippins while visiting family. Lovely home, well presented and very clean. Beautiful views! Well equipped kitchen, lovely and warm. Comfortable living room with telly that has access to many channels and Netflix.

Pippins was a beautiful apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. Amanda and Andy went out of their way to provide us with things that made our lives easier when there (loads of towels in the bathroom, throws and towels for the dogs, a few bits and pieces in the kitchen) which were very much appreciated. We travelled for a family emergency too and Amanda messaged early to say the room was ready, we could access it whenever we wanted (before check in time etc). Will definitely be going back.

Everything. It is exceptionally spacious, clean and bright with comfortable beds, a well fitted kitchen with all utensils, great shower, outside patio and exceptional views. Hosts superb. .
